This is so hard for me to write. I have been a long-time fan of this particular Chipotle location. They used to use Romaine lettuce, veggies full of flavor, and an outstanding zesty dressing. It always added a nice tangy punch to my salad. Now, under new management, they have switched to iceberg lettuce(permanently), veggies that taste like water, and a «fluffy» dressing recipe that looks like a watered-down version of thousand island with oil. Such a huge disappointment. Looking for new location of the prior manager.

For the amount of food I received at this location I should have just gone to Wendy’s next door. The burrito was so small I could have put it in my pocket. Needless to say I will not be coming back here again. It was my first time at this store. Smh!

Good times today with my friends at Chipotle. Excellent service. The crew was on it when I asked for help with forks(empty) and the trash can(full). They must have been super busy before I got there. I’ve been trying to eat better so I ordered the veggie bowl. They gave me both beans and rice with my favorite salsa verde and guacamole. Awesome. Thanks y’all. It’s such a pleasure to go somewhere where the folks have personalities. I wish they(Chipotle) could lower the sodium. Then I would go back more often.

This particular location can be very inconsistent with the quality of their food. Sometimes the fajita vegetables are cooked well, and at other times they’re just plain raw. The rice can be perfect one day, or have way too much salt and lime the next day. Sometimes their chicken is tender and at other times it’s more dry than usual. Also, sometimes I get good portions of each ingredient, and at other times, I get minuscule amounts of rice or vegetables. So in conclusion, you’ll never know if your burrito bowl’s going to be amazing or just sub par. Sometimes I’ll leave happy and full, and at other times I’ll walk out hungry and disappointed. I honestly feel like I’m taking a gamble whenever I go to this particular location. If you want consistency, I would recommend the Chipotle at Toco Hills.

I’ve been here around 5 times over 5 months. Every time I ordered steak as my choice of meat and they were always dry and hard to chew on. Today I gave it another try and yet again, same thing. I’m going to other Chipotles from now on. Trust me. If you get steak, you don’t want to come here.

Went in today to get my favorite burrito bowl. I do believe the person making the burrito bowl is the Restaurant Manager/Owner. He made the vegetarian burrito bowl perfectly! I made a request for lime and jalapenos and extra fajita and he followed through. Everyone knows a screwed up burrito bowl can ruin your day. Mine had everything perfect! He also greeted me and was very professional in his job. Love this Chipotle!

This place is pretty good. Fresh. Made to order. Reasonably priced. Let’s start with the chicken bowl. Fresh slightly spiced chicken over brown or white rice. I went brown to be slightly healthier. Delicious choice. The rice had a good kick to it while being«rice». The chicken was hot(heat wise). I added cheese, black beans, Guac(which was extra) and salsa. Giant portion. Too much for lunch in fact –kudos to chipotle for not skimping on portions. I got chips and medium salsa on the side for an additional charge. Glad I did medium and not hot! I really like that they are taking out GMOs(is that the correct term?) while keeping it real. Price was good, you get to watch them prep your food, and all in all, great place. Can’t wait to go back when I’m even hungrier.

Craving them so much and placed an order online. Had a 30 minute drive and still had to wait 20 minutes for my food… what’s the point of having online ordering for convenience if people who came in after me are leaving before me? Still Chipotle, still good, still worth a 30 minute drive… But online preordering is for speed and convenience.

Typical chipotle. It serves it’s purpose, but it’s really just average. I don’t know, chillies is just so much better in my opinion :-)

Came here one day after gym around 1 pm with my husband. I was starving. we ordered chicken bowl. They had ran out of chicken so we had to wait. FInally we got our food. Half of the chicken was uncooked. It was disgusting. We had to return our food. She offered us another plate but by that point our appetite had died. I haven’t been to chipotle since then. Its been 5 – 6 months now. I still cant get over that uncooked chicken. This review is only for this specific location.

It’s a chipotle. Lines are longer here. They ran out of the tofu sofritas so I had chicken. They still Honored their buy one get one free entrée. You can’t really go wrong with chipotle.

A Chipotle is a Chipotle is a Chipotle, for the most part. This one comes across to me as pretty average. There’s nothing terrible about coming here, though I know they did in the past couple months fail their health inspection at one point. My own kitchen would fail a health inspection and I’ve not gotten food poisoning from them, so not a huge deal to me. There’s also nothing that great about coming here outside of getting Chipotle in your belly. I’m here out of convenience and a need for a burrito bowl. They’re not the quickest in dealing with the line even at odd times, which seems to be when I end up here, but I’m not going to be mad that they’re not like my best friends or something. They seem to overdo it on the rice, or sort of gradually short out on some things as you move down the line. There’s a reason I always get bowls over anything else and that’s touched on in a lot of the negative reviews so that’s probably why I have a more positive perception of this location.

I once became a vegan for about 2 ½ weeks when I saw a gnat in my salad here. I was already a vegetarian so it wasn’t that far a jump. I feel like there’s no management at this location. The cashiers don’t really seem to care or even know what costs extra. You kind of just have to figure it out when they ring you up at the register. It makes me wonder why the cashier knows but the people making your food don’t. I’ve been to well over a dozen locations over the past half a decade and they all seem to charge what they want to for different items like guacamole or tofu. Hit or miss I guess. I’m not looking to get fat here. I just want to get something to eat. They keep stuffing my burrito bowl so full of everything that by the time I get down toward the guacamole and lettuce and cheese, there’s no room for any of it. Then when they put the aluminum foil on top of it, they have to crush everything down which sticks the guacamole to the top of the inside of the cover. On a positive note, one order of lunch from this place could feed you for a day. And thank goodness they started serving tofu recently.

I live 5 minutes from the ponce location nut the parking over there is hopeless. This one has no homeless people hanging outside, and additional parking from the plaza. There is lits of shopping in this plaza so you can get groceries. So the trip is exyra worth it. They chop the steak here a lot smaller tho

This location should not be able to call themselves a Chipotle. This is by far THEWORST location I have ever been to. Visit 1: Restaurant closed due to plumbing issues. Visit 2: long wait and pinto beans were hard and cold. Visit 3: grill was not working so only non-grilled meat available and no fajitas avail. Visit 4: foil for tacos not closed and leaked salsa in my car. All within 3 weeks… Get it together!

I can’t get past the employees’ attitudes long enough to rate Chipoltle’s food. My advice to these unhappy individuals,(after my second visit in three months… was hoping that the last time was just my imagination)… If you don’t like people, don’t work at a restaurant! And my advice to Chipoltle management, read these reviews and make some changes for crying out loud.

Rude lady on the line slapping stuff together. If you have an issue check it at the door lady, don’t take it out on your customers and the service they get. But the food is always standard chipotle fare. Which is why I can here to begin with. Why I won’t come back is the service. I don’t care if it’s a $ 30 entrée or a $ 7 burrito. It’s about the experience.

I love Chipotle. However, this location is by far the worse I’ve ever encountered. I am used to long lines at Chipotle, so the empty restaurant at 8pm should have been a red flag. Although no one was on line, no one was waiting to take orders. There were however 6 workers present. One was gnawing on a piece of steak, another was chopping meat, one was at the register, one was wiping his nose over the grill, one was lining up chip bags on the dining tables and eventually the line worker came up front to take my order after about two minutes. No apology, no hello. They were very stingy with all the ingredients for my salad. The workers were chatting so much, they didn’t hear the cashier’s repeated request for the vinaigrette to go with my salad. The tables and food line were dirty, so I opted to take my food to go. I noticed the health score was an 87. Not terrible, but really, I feel like less than an A is unacceptable for new construction franchise fast food. As a Decatur resident, I’ll stick to the awesome Chipotle in Downtown Decatur and continue to pass on by this location.

Order everything and don’t complain. McDonald’s greatest business move was investing in this place. Their fresh, free ingredients are a touch above their competitors and the atmosphere is right on yeaitreallyis2014 so that’s all good. I recommend eating daily. Burrito Bowl(Burrito Salad if you are going low-carb), brown rice, black beans, grilled veggies and everything. Rotate meat accordingly.

I’m really surprised it took this long for me to write up a review about this Chipotle. It’s only a few miles from where I live and I’ve been to it(and past it) dozens of times. While parking is the predominant problem for this Chipotle, its proximity to the larger parking lot for Toco Hills helps assuage the problem somewhat. Beware getting caught in a 3-car deep pileup in the parking lot though — it’s very tight trying to maneuver around successfully in there. Other than parking though, the Chipotle is exactly what you expect from Chipotle. A line around the corner moving extremely efficiently, fresh ingredients you can see them preparing behind the front line of order makers, people incapable of moving quickly enough at the drink filling station and a large, open seating area of industrial style tables and booths for eating your burrito bowl or giant, super-stuffed burrito at. My order takers this most recent round were very generous in their portion sizes, and both myself and my boyfriend got more than we bargained for. He had guac added to his burrito bowl, and there was so much guacamole on his bowl you couldn’t see anything beneath it. He literally had a blanket of guacamole and sour cream covering his bowl. Yum. All in all, this is a good Chipotle. Yes, it’s slightly annoying how many college students frequent it(and can’t park or dress properly) and the staff’s not the friendliest(they’re efficient but not chatty), but other than that, it’s convenient, it always tastes the way Chipotle should and I have no problem with it.
