Whole Body Cryotherapy is a natural pain management option which treats conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, insomnia, chronic pain in joints and muscles. Chill & Body’s cryotherapy experience is a safe 3 minute process in which the body is exposed to very cold dry temperatures in order to promote inflammation reduction, muscle recovery, and other health and wellness related goals.

The NormaTec Recovery System uses external compression and Sequential Pulse Technology to maximize performance recovery combining three distinctive massage techniques to speed the body’s normal recovery process.

Started February 2015, with Georgia locations in Historic Downtown Roswell and Atlanta inside The Forum Athletic Club Lenox Square Mall (open to the public).
