I’ve never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A, except this one. Service was horrible. Orders were wrong, orders were slow, and when I asked for them to correct they said ‚“sure, sorry about that”, but forgot about me completely and i had to ask them once again to correct it, like I’d never told them. Corporate should send some secret shoppers in and correct the problem.

I love Chick-fil-a and will always be a supporter, but this location is turning into the worst I’ve seen… My trip today… 1) My feet completely stuck to the ground to the point of a lip lifting up from my shoe, sure it was busy today, but you had about 20 employees on staff and it was a slow point. 2) Nothing was stocked, again, it was slow and you’re overstaffed. 3) Several employees standing behind registers, but only one person bagging food and displacing it, again too many on staff but one can’t pitch in to help? 4) Stopped hearing«My Pleasure» a couple of years ago, again didn’t hear it once today. 5) My soup and salad was packed into two separate bags, smaller than a kids meal bag, with soup sideways and salad packed sideways, food spilled and money wasted, even the crackers were stale. 6) Attitudes, common sense not quite there, cashier groaned as I walked up to make an order, rolled her eyes and mumbled, I don’t think I actually got a real word out of her then simply pointed to where I needed to stand to wait for food… you couldn’t just go grab that side salad for me so I didn’t have to wait for 10 minutes? 7) This location is in horrible need of upgrading, a deep cleaning, and re-training of staff. Chick-fil-a has always been quick to rectify any issues, even offered free items as an «I’m sorry.» But the years that followed, these little guys close whenever they feel like it because it’s slow, etc, you close earlier than advertised, small business fail. Went to East Cobb location the other day, was blown away! That was a perfect experience… made me keep hope that there are still some good ones out there. Until we meet again…

My experience with Chick-fil-A started here on its home turf in Atlanta. Especially at the iconic CNN Center, home of the first 24 hour cable news network. This is where I lost my Chick-fil-A virginity. I told myself to go one of these days and I am glad that I did. I ordered the original Chick-fil-A sandwich with the famous waffle fries and drink. It was enough to get me through the day but this is what I would like to call a REAL chicken sandwich compared to the ones at McDonalds as well as similar places. The service was quick, friendly and attentive. During peak times, especially Hawks games and other events downtown things can be quite busy. If you are in town looking to make a visit to the CNN Center and can’t decide on a quick bite to eat, make this your first stop.

I have frequented this Chick fil a quite a bit since I work downtown. It is one of the worst I have ever been to. Always understaffed and the people who are there act like they’d rather be some place else. Prepare to wait if you decide to go to this CFA.

My first visit to a Chick-fill-A. They don’t have these in San Francisco. This restaurant was pretty good. I had the regular Chick-fill-A sandwich and small waffle fries. It was pretty delicious. The fried chicken breast was hot, tender, and moist. Customer service was friendly and efficient. I liked the design of their ketchup packets. It was very convenient.

Well, that’s pretty much it for me at this location. Went there today and cookies weren’t ready when I asked to receive one from the previous Friday when they forgot my cookie. On top of that, some guy took my order so they had to get me a new one. It’s hard to believe a place can go from 5 to 1 stars so quickly. Maybe the cows should quit advertising so much and actually provide some service? Just horrible and sad. I’m done at this location.

I am on business travel alone so staying at the OMNI with its connection to the CNN food court was a bonus. I was amazed at the wonderful grilled chicken salad I received from this restaurant. It was fresh and full of apples, strawberries and blueberries. Made it easy to stay a little healthy and save a little money.

All us regulars to games at Philips Arena and the Georgia Dome know the food sucks inside the areas. Rather than paying $ 10 for a crappy hot dog a water we often roll into the CNN Center and grab a quick sandwich at this location(and a sweet tea) and down it before going to the game and heading out after the game to get a real meal. We save a ton of money and it tastes better, anyway. People here are always friendly and out food comes out right away. Standard. Just dont expect to get served on NFL Sundays!

Always first class service. I consider these people my friends. But, then again, what would you expect from a chick-fil-a!!!

For the most part, they are pretty good with service. But recently the service has begun to decline. But overall the food is good and people are friendly.

Excellent Chick Fil’A — they were completely slammed with nerdy conferencer’s on a Monday lunch, and it was amazing to me how fast the line moved! The line was about 20 people deep, 3 lines. and it took me about 10 min to get to the front of the line. The cashier was super apologetic even though it was completely out of his control, and he got the food to me in record time, under 3 minutes! The chicken bites were hot and the fries were fresh. what else can you ask for? Definitely come here instead of paying for overpriced food at the Georgia Convention Center!

I visit this Chick-fil-A frequently and I have yet to have a bad experience. Whoever their marketing person is, they are doing a wonderful job! Twice a month they have been giving away free items off their menu! You can win these items by just spinning a wheel or playing plinko, it’s that easy! You don’t even have to buy anything to participate. Also, the cow has been out more and he’s hilarious. I love how they are more interactive with the customers. Oh and their chocolate chunk cookie is to die for! If you come to the CNN Center definitely eat at Chick-fil-A, none of the other restaurants will give you that high of a quality product and friendly service!

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst Chik-Fil-A’s that I’ve visited. I think they rely on the fact that they get a lot of traffic from CNN Center tourists to make up for lower quality food and poor service. I visited a few weeks ago for a chicken biscuit; the biscuit was dry and crumbled immediately, and the chicken was stringy and chewy(I think the sandwich had been sitting out for a while). I tried again this morning and waited for ten minutes before I finally asked for a refund. The refund itself took another few minutes, mostly because the manager was too busy texting to stop and work the register. There are plenty of other places in the CNN Center that offer better service and food. Skip this one.

I find their chicken to be very dry and their French Fries to be greasy. I don’t like the fact that they close down on Sundays when people do like to go out to eat. I don’t think their quality of product is good. If you want a really great chicken sandwich go to Wendy’s!

Chick-fil-A has a great business model. I’ve yet to patronize a CFA that doesn’t have good chicken sandwiches, waffle fries, sweet tea, and fast and friendly service(well, except for maybe the CFA«Express» at Georgia Tech: , but that’s not a standard CFA anyway). This Chick-fil-A is located inside the CNN Center food court. As such, it shares seating with the other CNN Center eateries including Moe’s, Great Wraps, Chinese/Japanese takeout joints, and other popular American fast food chains. I stopped by this CFA to pick up dinner before an Atlanta Hawks game at adjacent Philips Arena. The large open seating area was absolutely packed with fans. There were so many people eating that some sat on the floor with their backs against the walls. We shared a table with other folks. Needless to say, this CFA was super busy. Fortunately, they were prepared to handle the demand as there was an associate at every cash register. We didn’t have to wait in line more than a minute or two to place our orders and after that, no longer than an additional minute or so to receive our orders. Kateeka was our server and she processed and delivered our orders politely and with a smile on her face. It’d be nice if other fast food chains followed suit. The classic Chicken Sandwich and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich are my favorites. Only $ 5.95 and $ 6.19, respectively, for those sandwiches + medium waffle fries and a drink at this location. Consistently good. If you want to try out different dipping sauces for your fries or nuggets, ask for any of the Buffalo Sauce, Buttermilk Ranch, Chick-fil-A Sauce(tangy and smoky), Honey Mustard, or Polynesian Sauce(sweet and sour). All are tasty. If you eat in, you can watch CNN news on the big screen.

The one food I crave whenever I head somewhere down south is Chick Fil A. You cannot find this chicken-goodness in New York! I should and could give a more thorough review, however, bite into one chicken sandwich and you’ll see why a full description is not necessary.

For a food court atmosphere, Chick-Fil-A at CNN Center is the best. Not only is the food the best for the money, but the service and the staff are outstanding. Your food comes out to you in a timely manner, the Chicken Sandwiches are delicious, and the dipping sauces add to the flavor of the food.

Every opportunity I get to have a chicken sandwich at Chick-Fil-A, I do. Usually I have no problem getting extra honey BBQ sauce, but the woman this time asked why I needed more because it already came with some. Yeah, it came with one stinking packet. Why does this place treat this sauce like precious cargo? Seriously, let me bathe in the crap and I’ll keep coming back for more. If I have to fight for it, I might as well go have a salad and skip the remorse.

Well, I must say. I always complain how expensive chick-fil-a is. This one in CNN is the only place that make my handspung milkshakes GOOD!
