In regard to Cascade Primary Care, now known as South Atlanta Area Primary Care located at 1203 Cleveland Ave in East Point, Atlanta: I showed up for my first chiropractor appointment today an hour early after struggling to get the office to answer my call only to be told that the doctor I had the appointment with was out for graduation plans and I would not be seen. I, of course, had received no notification of this change. After struggling through 30 minutes of Atlanta rush hour traffic, that was a infuriating thing to hear.
The secretary said, «I must have missed your name when I was calling people.» Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
