The guy tells me he will send me a cab… AN HOUR later, no cab, I tried calling back and got no answer. Never heard back from them. Unreal. If you want a cab that wont show up, this cab service is for you

Rude customer service. I called and didn’t even answer the phone with a business greeting just an hello. Will not be using this service or supporting this business. You can’t get mad at the customer because you are answering your business phone like its a trap phone.

Ali, the owner, is truly the story of the American Dream, and it was inspiring talking to him. I’ve taken Cascade three times, and they’ve always been on time, as well as available via text or phone in case of flight delays. Highly recommended!

Scheduled a ride 3 hours in advance (going to Braves game) know one showed up. Called they said we canceled call another cab company. My advice save yourself the trouble. Call another cab company first!!!

Let me tell you this car company is sooooo awesome! I have had two drivers so far and they are so personable! Mr. Jack and I do not recall the Nigerian gentleman! Let me just say this is my cab company! 5-​stars! Very safe for females. The men are gentlemen! The respect your time!

Cascade Cab Company is the best cab company there is without question. It doesnt matter where I am or when I call, I am always greeted with a friendly driver and quick response. Ali and his cab drivers never cease to amaze me with their timeliness and friendliness. I would highly recommend using Ali and Cascase Cab Co.

I started traveling for business about 7 years ago. When I needed a ride to the airport I utilized various transportation companies, that is until I had the pleasure to meet Ali and his team. I was tired of unreliable drivers with not so clean vehicles, where the drivers had absolutely no personality. For the past 6 years I have been a customer of Cascade Cab Company and they have provided transportation for me countless times to and from the airport. Shortly after, I started using their service for my professional needs, I ended up contacting Ali for special event transportation and social nights out and about in Atlanta.
