I had been going to this location for several years without any problems. Typically I dropped the shirt with the women that is always there and probably the owner. One time I dropped several shirts including a few polo style shirt that I requested laundry service on which they confirmed would be the regular laundered shirt price. This time the owner’s son was working. When I went back to pickup, they did full dry cleaning on everything and the polo shirts were something like 6 $ a shirt. I explained that I requested laundry service on the polo shirts and her son confirmed. She called her son and he confirmed he made a mistake but she would not credit my bill. I have never since returned to them. I feel like I was bait and switched. Unfortunately the lost a good customer for a «quick buck.»

My first time as a customer there, my dress was returned with no change in the coffee stain(on a darker colored garment). They courteously offered to re-clean it at no extra charge. When I picked it up, the stain was gone but the dress was torn 2 inches in 2 places and all the fabric below the waist seam was not pressed. Basically, they ruined the dress. I will never go back!

Not bad and the prices are like anyone else’s. They sew on a good button, too :)

Decided to try bc it is convenient to where I work. Dropped off 6 dresses, 1 blouse, and 1 skirt. The skirt and 2 of the dresses came out fine. I asked for them to redo the rest bc they appeared to have had little or nothing done to them. I had offered to point out spots when I dropped them off and was told it wasn’t necessary, that they would find them. Well this certainly was not the case. They missed 2 spots on the white blouse so I pointed out everything wrong this time and she put stickers on the clothing. 4 of the dresses still had spots and/or smelled the same as when I brought them in! You could tell they had been worn. I asked them to use fresh«solution» this time. So I went back today to pick up the items. The blouse was good. 1 dress was fine, another was okay(the smell had improved), another had the deodorant spot removed but they damaged(burned) the silk in another area of the dress, and the 4th dress had most spots removed but it smelled like they only cleaned the top half of it(where the spots were). They also snagged it up. I had only worn it once previous to bringing it here. I am a detail-oriented person but I was not expecting anything unreasonable. I have never had this problem at another cleaner. I now have to take a couple of the items to another cleaner after I already paid $ 70 here. I will never go back! And if you have nice/expensive clothing that you care about or if you actually want your item(s) cleaned, don’t go either.

Great service. I drop clothes off infrequently, which means I leave a lot at one time. This has never meant I had to wait longer to pick them up, and the price has been very reasonable. I’ve had formal clothing cleaned, regular suits, clothing with no cleaning instructions tag on the inside, and even curtains and bedding. All cleaned and presented well. Repairs have even been made without request — and repaired well. A suit jacket had lost some buttons(I had even forgotten about it). They replaced all the buttons on the jacket(so they matched), and had matched the style of the original buttons.(I like the repair buttons more than the originals.)
