Worst breakfast I had from here was Friday morning. Hash Browns were burnt and dry. French toast were old like they’ve been sitting under the hot light all morning.

This BK loses one star because of the one thing out of its control. The environment at Five Points station. The place is loaded with thugs and bums. I mean loaded. There is a genuine bouncer at the door. On the other hand– the food and staff are fine. They have not given in and lowered their standards like the two awful McDonalds that are on either side. If it wasn’t for the thugs and buns BK would get 5stars

I mean, I usually come here for lunch(but I always take it and leave). But the people who hang out at this place and outside of it make it look like you took a trip to the South Bronx or East Saint Louis. Always get asked for money, people getting vexed by the security guard within the restaurant(for using their water cups to get soft drinks). Yes, read that last sentence again, they *have a security guard in the restaurant with you*. That’s usually a good indicator of maybe you should eat somewhere else. It’s not like there’s another Burger King and Popeye’s in existence(yes, there are, trust me, and they are not this shady at all and have great service and are *clean!!*). Very crowded and unorganized. Depending on my mood, I opt for either Burger King or Popeye’s. Popeye’s always seems to forget my sauce with my meals, along with utensils. The food is good and filling, which is why this review wasn’t given the shameful one star. So, unless you’ve grown up in a tough part of town, vamoose! I mean, the food is decent, but the atmosphere should speak for itself.

Some of the WORST food I have ever tasted at a BK, went there with a friend and the service is absolutely horrible too. Also, while I was there I saw their security harassing a black man for carrying his firearm. Carrying a firearm is legal in the state of Georgia and I think it’s a good idea to carry a gun in the middle of Atlanta. Have you seen the news lately? People getting robbed, beat up and attacked all over Atlanta. I actually felt safer knowing there were law abiding citizens legally carrying their guns, because the 70 year old looking security guard didn’t look like he was going to be able to handle it if something went down. Short version, I didn’t like the substandard food at this BK, the customer service was very lacking and the security appears to harass law abiding citizens. I will never go there again and I will tell everyone I know about this bad experience.

Usually BK is just BK, but this location needs a disclaimer. The food is fine. If you’ve been to one BK, you’ve been to them all. They usually have coupons that come in the mail periodically and that’s when I go and get lunch from there. Ok, disclaimer. This BK is not the best inside. This location is a Popeyes’/Burger King. They have at least one security officer to keep the peace because of the area. The floor is usually sticky. The carpet by the soda fountain is so sticky that it will make you walk slow after standing there filling up your cup. The staff isn’t too bad. I haven’t had any mishaps with them. I’ve seen other customers argue with the staff, but due to their personal issues, not because they cannot effectively do their jobs.
