They have a good selection on dresses. My consultant (Wanda) was preoccupied, not interested in helping me, and spoke down to me. I tried to stay happy and loose with her and she still kept making comments. She was rude to my friends who came with me, kept disappearing, and then when I found the dress I wanted, she told me it couldn’t be ordered in time. However, when I walked in the door she told me they would do everything in their power to help me find a dress if I liked one that couldn’t be ordered in time, hence I still tried those dresses on. When I reminded her of that, she left, came back and said she had checked everywhere and there was no dress in the area in my size and tried to push me into purchasing another dress. Well I called around myself the next day and found 2 of that dress within 30 minutes! I went to one of those shops and purchased the dress for $ 500 less than Bride Beautiful had it marked as well! I don’t know if they do, but they act like they work on commission. They can have a second star because two of the other consultants in there were very sweet and helpful when Wanda wasn’t around.

My bridal consultant was Gail, and she was amazing. When we first arrived, the place was very busy. We had an appointment and were greeted on time. Gail gave me either 5 or 6 clip to find dresses that I was interested in trying on. I was overwhelmed at first. I am not good at finding what I want in tons of racks of clothing. Thankfully I had 2 of my bridesmaids with me and my mother to help.
Gail helped with getting me in and out the dresses. She was very encouraging, gave me advice on her thoughts of each dress which were in line with my thoughts. She even encouraged me to try on a dress that I was on the fence about., and guess what? That was my dress! Needless to say, I found my dress at Bride Beautiful. I cannot wait until I walk down the aisle and my FH sees me.

I really am surprised by the lack of positive reviews this place has. I am glad that I had so many friends and co-​workers recommend this place to me, otherwise, I don’t think I would have stopped by.
I made an appointment and I decided to go at this one alone since everyone had an opinion and I just need to try on dresses by myself.
Gail was my consultant and she was extremely amazing! I lucked out by being there when the Stella York trunk show was going on and was able to preview the 2016 dresses and be one of the first to order and wear them. The stylist for Stella York was also there so she was able to help out if needed.
They give you 5 clips to clip onto the hook of the hanger and the consultant will pull one at a time for you to try on. Gail was extremely helpful in getting the dress on, pulling it back, and making it look amazing on me. It always helped that she continuously complimented me and made me feel great about trying on dresses.
She gave honest feedback and would add belts if needed or if the dress just wasn’t working.
The consultant kept looking at the dresses I was trying on, and pulled a dress for me that I initially said no to because I thought it was a bit too showy since the allusion was pretty low cut when I saw it on the mannequin.
However, it looked amazing, and the color was beautiful. The minute I tried it on, it was perfect. Although I didn’t buy the dress that day and came back the next day with 3 of my bridesmaids, Gail was amazing. She even sent me a thank you card in the mail a few days later.
I came back Sunday and tried on a few more with my bridesmaids, and saved the dress I loved for the end, and it was a unanimous decision that it was a yes.
I am extremely excited and cannot wait until my dress comes in! Until then, my bridesmaids get 20% off their dress order so I am sure we will be back in the very near future.

So I went on a Saturday at 1pm. My second bridal shop for the day. My consultant was Gail and she was wonderful. Definitely go to her. She knows her stuff and makes things easy. I was 7 months pregnant and she didn’t show any concern on that like the other consultants at other shops. It was more like congratulations now lets find your perfect dress. And we did! And she had the perfect veil to go with it. Overall my experience was great. If I had one critique it would be that the girl working the front desk needs to be a bit more cheery and enthusiastic. But i would definitely recommend Bride Beautiful.
I plan on taking my bridesmaids there to try on dresses. And can’t wait to try on my dress when it comes in.

So this was my first stop on the wedding dress shopping adventure. Wanda was my consultant and my expectations weren’t super high (my MOH didn’t have a stellar experience here when we came in 2012). Eddy K was having a trunk show and I fell in love with one of the dresses on display. I told Wanda but she directed me to the back room where dresses for «real women» were (i.e. dresses that someone over a size 8 could wear). I should start here and if I didn’t find anything, I could look at the sample sizes in the showroom. I’m sure she wasn’t trying to offend me but it wasn’t the best way to start my dress shopping, already knowing that wedding dress sizes run super small. I ended up falling in love with the Eddy K dress I initially picked out, *gasp* despite having to be clipped into it. Instead of going to the front mirrors, I was put on the side to have my moment. Again, not exactly the experience I wanted. I just kept thinking about the measurement process and how uncomfortable and self-​conscious I already felt and decided to walk away and set up appointments elsewhere. I didn’t get my dress here needless to say. It’s also VERY crowded and they don’t allow you to take pictures.

I did not end up getting my dress here but, I did meet with a consultant and looked around and left (I didn’t feel well). The place was packed. I recommend going early or late on a Saturday. This place was not private enough for me and was super hard to find but, seems very popular. I choose a style they didn’t have here but, seems popular and other people were having a good time.

this review is from when I went back in January 2015. Long story short the lady at Beautiful Bridal wouldn’t let me try on anything I picked out because from what she said none of them would look good on my body. I understand these ladies have been doing this for a while but that is not what you say to a bride. You let the bride try on the dress and let her come to the conclusion herself that it doesn’t look good. The first dress I tried on I thought looked horrible on me and didn’t even want to walk out and show everyone there with me but she made me. The first wedding dress I ever tried on and I walked out and was not smiling or nor happy in fact I was so frustrated that I was almost in tears… I tried on a few more dresses that I once again didn’t like but the consultant made me try on and finally momma came in for the rescue told me to take the dress off and get dressed because we were leaving. As leaving the lady gave my mom her card and said I have wrote down the model number of these dresses down so that when you come back, because you will realize how right I am, you will have the option of which of these dresses you want… Bahaha, in no way in hell would I ever give them a cent out of my wallet. Luckily I had made an appointment with David’s Bridal and they took care of me and there prices are so much more affordable.

Wanda is my consultant, although I might not end up buying my dress here, she had made my time there very enjoyable. She always get this nice smile on her face, definitely ask for Wanda if you are going there to shop for your bridal dress. She even follow up with me buy writing me a hand written thank you card. They might not have the best selection of ball gown style if that is what you looking for though.

the wedding gowns were gorgeous, but i was there for bridemaids dresses, not much of a selection for all shapes and sizes. friendly staff as well.

I actually did NOT end up getting my dress here, but — I didn’t even have an appointment at Bride Beautiful, I called day-​of and was able to get one, the associate I spoke with over the phone was excited and made me excited for the appointment (a feat, since I was just leaving a poor experience at another bridal shop). My consultant, Jennifer, was so kind — totally understood my style and asked questions to make sure she had it right, didn’t push anything, offered to write down the two dresses that I had liked but wasn’t sold on in case I came back by later in the day, and overall just made me feel cared for. She brought down my anxiety a lot and helped me to feel light and joyful — the way you want to feel when looking for your wedding dress! Thank you, Jennifer!

Bride Beautiful was the first place I went to try on wedding dresses. I went on a Friday afternoon around 1:00pm and Gail was my consultant– she was awesome ! I was the only one in the store for my entire appointment which was amazing. That is really the only way to do it at ANY bridal store.
They had a large selection and I was able to try on many different styles of dresses and narrow it down to what I liked and didn’t like. Gail was very helpful and honest and I felt like she really understood what I was interested in. Almost all the dresses I tried on were under $ 1,500, which is good if you have a limited budget.
Ultimately, I didn’t get my dress here, but I had a great experience.
The next time I visited, I was looking for bridesmaid dresses. I came on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed. There were about 4 other groups trying on bridesmaid dresses and I didn’t go back to where the wedding gowns were but could tell it was busy there too. I had a «consultant» but she would just come in periodically and ask if «we were doing okay.» I was fine clipping the dress for my bridesmaid but wished I got the same experience as the first time I was there.

My first appointment at Bride Beautiful was on a Friday with just my mom. We were some of the only people in the store and I felt like we received a good amount of attention. I tried on about 5 dresses including one I had seen online that I loved.
My consultant Kim, was very outspoken about the dresses. She definitely let me know her opinion on each one, including one of my favorites which she deemed «not the one.» She was trying to be nice and called me «Sweetie» a lot, but I just got a weird vibe from her. She also stayed in the room with me the entire time which made me really uncomfortable. I went to 7 (yes SEVEN) other bridal stores and NONE of the consultants came in with me when I was putting on the dresses… just had me step in to where I was covered and then came in and helped me with zippers, clips, etc.
I did find a couple of dresses that I liked and wanted the rest of my group to see, so Kim was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the next day, Saturday.
The Saturday experience was much worse… no one felt comfortable or liked this store from minute 1. I know Kim was helping me out by squeezing me in, but I’d almost rather she didn’t since they were clearly overbooked. When I asked (and my fiancé’s sister’s asked separately), if we could do another quick run through and see if there were any additional dresses I wanted to try, Kim said «well you only have an hour today.» There are SO many other ways she could’ve said this to make it sound nicer and more welcoming. Also there were SO many people that we were crammed into a small area in the back corner of the store. There weren’t enough chairs and Kim seemed put out to have to go get a chair for my mom and future mother in law. Needless to say, we shuffled through the dresses quickly and didn’t end up buying anything. My favorite from the day before didn’t seem as great in this horrible atmosphere.
Also, from the minute you walk in it feels like a discount store. Horrible fluorescent lighting, tacky chairs in the «stage» area, etc. and on Saturday it was completely overrun with people. Do yourself a favor and drive 10 minutes down the road to Bel Fiore — MUCH better experience and nicer people in the same price point!

I had a fantastic experience at Bride Beautiful! Like Christine B., Gail was my consultant. She was perfect for me, she really understood my personal style (I love vintage and classic looks). I was given 5 clothespins and went around the store picking out my first 5 dresses. I was nervous about that part but the store is laid out well, and I had a clear vision of what I wanted, so I was easily able to spot and «pin» my choices. Then Gail sat my mom and future-​MIL down and took me back to her dressing room and started helping me in and out of dresses.
Gail was really great about asking if we wanted her opinion or not and I told her by all means to weigh in and she had great advice. For instance, she pointed out one dress was more summery (my wedding is in fall) and when a dress did or didn’t show off my figure, etc.
After I tried on my original 5 Gail and I walked around together and picked out a couple more but she definitely sensed I was leaning towards the second dress so she put me back in it twice and the third time I was able to really picture myself walking toward my fiancé in it and was sold. It was everything I wanted in my wedding dress (style, fabric, cut).
I’m so excited about my dress and I definitely recommend Bride Beautiful and Gail. The other staff was also very nice and helpful.
Additionally– everything is reasonably priced. I was especially lucky that my dress was on sale but I didn’t see any dresses over $ 2K, frankly I saw few over $ 1500. However, I didn’t look at any larger ballgowns or heavily beaded dresses (I am more into slimmer, mermaid cuts sans bling) but I did try on one beaded gown and one silk, both of which her under $ 1500.

Part 1: My experience at Bride Beautiful was mixed. I went on a Saturday & it was really crowded. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of my consultant, but at first she was very unfriendly. I am one of those people that gets everything done way earlier than I should, so I went dress shopping about a year ½ (maybe a little more) in advance. The first thing she said to me was «almost 2 years away? Is that correct?» When I said yes, she seemed shocked, but she explained the process to me & we got started… We went through about 3 dresses before I found the one I loved and I think she saw that I was serious about getting it then… That is when she started treating me like a bride & started being nice. We did end up buying the dress that day & I was very pleased with my choice. She was very nice after we decided to buy. When I got married, I was in between two sizes, but my hips were a size up. For some reason, they chose the size my hips were even though the dress would swallow me everywhere else. To clarify, I got a ball gown, so my hip size did not matter at all with my choice… I was skeptical, but they told me I should definitely go with the larger size, so I went with their choice because I definitely did not want it to be too small.
Part 2: I went Bridesmaid dress shopping there a few months after. We did not find anything we liked, BUT I had the most amazing consultant ever! She was so nice, not pushy at all & she helped constantly. Great, great service!
Part 3: I was originally supposed to get my dress back in late December/​first week of January. I did not get it back until the end of February because of delays. When I finally did receive my dress, it was about 2 sizes too big, so that was a bit of a let down, but pretty expected & an easy fix. I did have a great consultant this day, as well, so I am thinking it is just the 1 lady at the store that is not friendly.
Overall, I love my dress & I could not have made a better choice, BUT I did have a few issues here and there. Nothing too bad, though, so I would not say it was horrible, just not 5 stars.

For right now I will give Bride Beautiful 5 stars (I may adjust when I get my dress in). Gail was my consultant and she was wonderful! She allowed me, my best friend, and mom to walk around and clip 5 clothespins on dresses I wanted to try on. She used this as her way to learn what style/​look I was interested in. The best part was that the dresses were all on body molds and not all clumped in a bag like at other places. It was great to see the dress shape instead of having to judge by a picture.
Once we got in the fitting room, Gail was so wonderful in making me feel comfortable trying on dresses. She helped me in and out of every dress and even have me a robe to wear between each so I felt more comfortable. She helped pick out more dresses for me to try on based on my original 5 I chose. Not too long into the appointment did I find the perfect dress. I was not prepared to buy it seeing that this was my first time trying on bridal dresses. Gail didn’t pressure me at all to purchase the dress and even wrote down the style number that I was interested in so I could come back and try it on again if I would like.
I went to multiple other stores in the Atlanta area and I did not get anywhere close to the same treatment that I received at BB. They were even nice enough to squeeze me in without an appointment the next afternoon to retry on the dress I loved (which I also bought).
The purchasing process was smooth and easy with everyone being super friendly and nice. This place has a great selection of designers and prices! I suggest any new brides to go here!

2 things I did not like. But before I start this was my first time shopping for my dress. I had my sister and best friends with me. They were excited to start this journey with me considering what I’ve been through. I also came prepared with pictures of dresses I had in mind to help narrow down choices.
1) Patricia was my consultant. NOT FRIENDLY. She definitely set the tone when we all met her. I even asked my friends if I was sensitive but they all agreed with me. She didn’t even help pull dresses for me after I showed her what I liked. When I did ask her to help she jumped in the middle of my question and rudely asked «well do you know who the designer is?!». And after we all finally clipped the dresses we liked she comes up to me and said «you KNOW some dresses you clipped are over your budget»…all with pursed lips and a judgemental glare.
She was a terrible consultant. Treated me like I was trying on dresses for fun. Definitely wasted my time on this place because of her. She ruined the reputation for this place.
2) Not a lot of dress choices.
I ended up buying a dress somewhere else and my lady was awesome! She had a great vibe to her, acted normal (didn’t kiss up to me (because I would hate that)), and completely made up my awful experience from bride beautiful. Plus, my dress was so awesome that it was even over my budget.
Take that Patricia! You just lost commission.

Finally picked up my dress the other day! The ladies were helpful and prompt in finding it to give me to try on. Unfortunately, I will have to get mine altered, since the smallest size they make is 2. However, again, they were helpful in recommending a bridal alteration place close by since they no longer do in-​house alterations.
I can’t wait for the wedding! :D

I have had a hard time reviewing Bride Beautiful. Two good things… I found the most perfect dress EVER and Jennifer was a great consultant. The rest of the staff were horrible. I guess since I was the bride the staff had to be obsequious to me. After finding the dress of my dreams, my maids of honors and I went back to find dresses for them. The staff couldn’t have cared less. There were two staff members just standing there not assisting anyone or us who wanted to spend a lot of money. If it wasn’t for my dress, I would have had a Julia Roberts Pretty Woman moment proclaiming «Big Mistake!» I was embarrassed for the staff and took my brides maids to Bel Fiore instead. 04/​07/​2012 was my wedding date. Order your dress early.

I will tell you I visited this place twice. I was a bit put off at first because it was so crazy busy inside. But it was also my first appointment ever. Jennifer was a wonderful consultant both times. She wanted to make sure I was provided with exactly what I was looking for. I fell in love with a gown and when I brought my mother back to look at the dress I loved — my mother caused some significant problems. It’s not everyday you have the bride crying over her gown… in a bad way. My mother tore apart the gown verbally saying the fabric was awful, the design atrocious, and I looked fat with my arms hanging out. Every time I put the dress on I felt wonderful, pretty, and like a bride. My mother had me crying in the back of the store in front of the mirror wondering why I should even try gowns on. This was our 4^th appointment and I just couldn’t handle anymore negativity for the day.
Jennifer and the owner were both superb in handling the situation, they tried their hardest to make my mother see that I loved the dress and went through the details with how it would be appropriately fitted to me.
In the end I ended up getting the dress regardless if my mother was paying for it or not because I tried to maintain the feeling from the first time I put the dress on. I am telling you all this and I had won $ 1000 towards a gown at another store and I STILL went back to this dress. Jennifer was really kind and knew how my mother ruined the day for me, but she still did an amazing job at trying to salvage my feelings. They really really really used every ounce of their credibility!

I’m surprised at all the negative reviews of this store. My experience here has been nothing but pleasant!
My consultant was Jennifer and she was awesome!!! Since my first visit, I’ve been here about 3 – 4 more times.
This was the second bridal store I visited. The first store was a complete nightmare, but Bride Beautiful was nice. It wasn’t over-​the-​top boutique-​y, but it was nice enough and the service I got was great. Is it a «Say Yes To The Dress» experience? No, but that’s not what I was looking for and who really can afford a $ 4,000 wedding dress.
I had made an appointment for my first bridal gown search, tried on about 5 – 6 dresses and found the perfect dress. They don’t let you take pictures until you decide to purchase the dress, but i have since learned that this is standard procedure in bridal stores, so no surprise there. The price was very reasonable and right within my budget.
I have since come back with 2 bridesmaids on 2 different occasions to try on bridesmaids dresses. You get 15% off bridesmaids dresses when buying your wedding dress there.
I also came back randomly during my lunch hour, bringing in my shoes and just looking through color swatches without making an appointment. Each time I’ve been here, Jennifer was available and made time for me to give me advice on what color to pick or what style and material for bridal dresses.
Overall, I would definitely recommend the store. Perhaps it has to do with the consultant you work with. But I thought Jennifer was great and would recommend her to anyone.
