Great location. Funky little building. Great inexpensive coffees. A great middle break for the west side provisions lay out

Interesting space — converted shipping containers — with big windows to check out the scenery in the Waterworks area. Very good cappuccino, maybe one of the best in town. I would give them 5 stars, but their name, Brash, is based on the fact that they feel comfortable charging $ 24 for 12 ounces of roasted beans. WTF.

I’m basing this review on the coffee alone. Not the specialty or custom made drinks. I’m also far from a picky eater. There’s nothing I simply refuse to eat/drink. That said, this is THE worst coffee I’ve ever had. If you like a simple cup of coffee, do not waste your time and money at Brash. I don’t know how the Brash folks tasted that coffee and said«yeah let’s open shop and sell this.» It tastes fruity, it’s translucent and has no boldness to it at all. I’ve had Brash coffee in three separate locations now. At first I thought one place just wasn’t making the coffee properly, but no, that’s just how their coffee is. Don’t let some hipster tell you its good. It’s not.

My favorite new coffee spot… A great cup, they take their coffee seriously and it’s a great little space…

Best latte I’ve had in Atlanta. I live in the area and love having options of two great coffee shops within walking distance. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a caffeine while waiting on West Egg. Good catch up place — as mentioned by someone earlier, not someplace I’d plan to stay all day, but a great in and out.

In no world should it take almost 30 minutes to get an iced coffee. Ever. I get that it’s «crafted» or whatever… but still. If the coffee came out not bitter and actually iced and not just warm, I’d consider giving it another shot. However, to spend 30 minutes waiting for a coffee(no idea why it took so long, btw) and to have it be mediocre was totally a downer. There was just an overall air of pretense I can’t get behind. Would I give it another chance? Maybe… if someone else were paying :)

Brash Coffee is a tiny coffee shop in West Midtown. It’s its own building, with a few benches outside. There’s actually more space outside than inside. The inside is basically the counter your order. You can’t come here to work or study on your laptop. It’s place to sit down, drink your coffee and leave. Brash Coffee is like any other café. They have coffee and a few baked items. They also have other items like T-shirts, if you want to buy them. They also have 2 sizes for their drinks. It’s pretty simple. The people who work there are nice. They seem to know their coffee. The coffee I had was pretty good. I don’t know if the barista played some mind tricks because he mentioned all the subtle flavors in the coffee, and I could taste them. It’s not bad.

I totally admit that my opinion of this place is still in development before I continue. My friend’s latte was pretty great but my almond milk cappuccino was not my favorite. I don’t want to attribute what we both thought was a pretty gross drink to the shop, because it’s totally possible that the almond milk was the culprit. Based on my friend’s drink, I’ll definitely give this place another chance sans almond milk and update this review. The place itself is adorable and the barista was very friendly and helpful. Definitely no snootiness here, despite the very hip look of the place.

Fab new coffee spot. Reminds me of a MELBOURNE, Australia or NYC whole in the wall coffee spot. Delicious lattes — though no skim or non-fat milk only full fat. Simple food — bagels/scones — looked fresh. Service was friendly though a little slow. Still — I’ll be back!

I am always in search of the next cool hip coffee shop and Brash checks all of the boxes. Cool West Midtown location, check. Cool baristas, check. Über cool space located inside of two storage containers, check. Cool vibe, check. I met a friend for a coffee and really enjoyed the visit. It’s small — like maybe seats 10 small — and not in the vibe of set-up-your-Macbook-and-study-all-day cool, but a great place to grab coffee. I had the cortado, half milk and half expresso, I think. Tasted great and had a great chance to really observe the streetscape that Howell Mill has transformed into.(You can also access it through the parking lot next to Star Provisions and take the bridge over. I’d strongly recommend that for folks looking to explore and then grabbing a quick coffee here.) All in all a great experience and addition to an already growing hip scene in West Midtown.

If you want an authentic espresso this is the place. Takes a couple of minutes but worth it. Very cool space — converted shipping containers but has an open feel with seating outside. Owner imports his beans directly and it shows. If you are in the westend and need a pick-me-up give Brash a go!

What a surprise. I like that it is a simple coffee shop. Not typical where there are people sitting with their face buried in a laptop. Coffee is good and nice people watching if you sit on a bench outside.

I stopped by there for coffee this morning and was greeted by warm staff and quick service. More importantly, the coffee was great. I love the ambiance of the shop, and can’t wait to come here and chill for a little longer! My only suggestion would be to have a trash can available to customers. I understand not wanting to take away from the aesthetics but some things are just necessary.

great coffee from this independent coffee shop. the owner definitely has a passion for sourcing, roasting, and preparing great coffee beans … the space is very modern, minimal, made of shipping containers, glass, and wood. i’ve had numerous cortados and i think the espresso has a great flavor. i’ll definitely be around to support this place …

My husband and I happened to wander in here on opening day(today) to grab a cup of coffee — we will definitely be back. The cappuccino he had and the latte I had were both fantastic. It was nice to relax in the beautiful weather on the benches outside and enjoy the sunshine for a while. The owner was really nice and the space is gorgeous — I’m a sucker for shipping container structures!
