The best in Atlanta been a customer since 1990 with the father and then Mike and other brothers been knowing Mike since he was a teenager and his brother sure think the world of these guys. The best in town always the best prices always the best service and top #1 5 Star Service every time I been there. from my BMW 740– my BMW X5 they rule.

I am updating my past review – which also ranked Bön Auto with five stars. The service has always been exemplary, honest (to the point of recommending more than once that I check with the dealer to see if warranty coverage applied) for major repairs that would have netted Bön significant income. They have several times discouraged me from doing things I was prepared to pay for.
Their work has been consistently excellent; problems get resolved first time around and they go out of their way to be helpful. Always friendly, and their advice is clear and easy to follow, with a clear description of problems and how they will be resolved.
I believe they are going to a «by appointment only» system, which I hope will work well for them. I’m a loyal fan for almost ten years.

It’s a heinous night and I notice that my right headlight is out. It was after their official 6pm closing time, but Van was still there, I pulled in, and he replaced the burnt out lamp in 10 minutes, charging only 12 bucks. He’s done some other work for me in the past and also was able to diagnose and fix a friend’s car where others had failed.
Glad to have Bön Auto nearby. Highly recommend.

The motorist’s nightmare is to find himself stranded in an unfamiliar place far from home in the middle of the night. This happened to me when my alternator quit on I-​85 just north of Atlanta and more than sixty miles from home.
Fortunately, Unilocal reviews led me to Bön Auto Service which was within AAA towing distance. I dropped my car off, tossed my keys through te slot, and hoped for the best.
The staff were great over the phone the next day; letting me know that it was my alternator and giving me a quote which was a dollar off from what I was charged.
When I picked it up the next day, the man I talked to was very friendly, informative, and gave me some advice as far as what to keep an eye on and what to look for with my car in the near future.
It was great. My car was fixed, I felt confident about the repairs, and was relieved to know that someone knowledgeable was looking out for me.
My experience with Bön was a best case scenario.

Bön Auto was recommended by a friend and they are the type of auto shop that every person hopes to find one day. It’s always good to have an honest and trustworthy mechanic. There have been occasions where they could have taken advantage of me financially and beefed up my bill, and didn’t. I like that they explained my options, then the true urgency of getting each issue fixed. This saved me a lot of potential stress and money in the long run. I find their pricing to be very reasonable and fair.
I was most impressed when I asked Bön what type of advertising brought him the most business, and he actually told me he doesn’t pay for advertising anymore! Do you know what that means? That means that they are so good at what they do, they retaining their clients and keeping them happy. They are not losing customers and having to attract new ones. That’s running a business the way it should be. Highly recommended.
