History

Established in 1980.

After an esteemed career in London and New York, Bradley Partridge opened Blowout Salon on West Paces Ferry Road in 1980, and relocated the business to Vinings Jubilee in 1990. The salon offers a diverse group of highly trained stylists who cater to the needs of all hair types. Whether it’s a trouble-​free haircut and shampoo, extensive coloring, a cutting-​edge new style or any other treatment, we care for our clients in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and at a better price point than other Atlanta-​area salons. A Vinings Jubilee tenant for almost 20 years, Blowout Salon was started by Brad Partridge in 1980. Tired of the long hours in retail sales, Brad wanted to find something more artistic and rewarding. So, with a keen eye for style, he switched gears and re-​channeled his creative energy toward hair.

«I love the instant gratification that comes with being a stylist. Every day, I get the chance to meet new clients and make at least 10 to 15 people happy about themselves,» says Brad, who is both owner and a top stylist.

After an esteemed international career working for Vidal Sassoon in London, New York and Atlanta, Brad established Blowout as a full service salon that caters to both women and men and, as Brad puts it, «does almost everything style-​wise for hair», all without breaking the bank. As Atlanta Magazine noted «Blowout Salon delivers Buckhead quality minus the Buckhead price tag.»
