Pros: Hits the spot when you’ve been on a plane for hours. Some scoop-shop exclusive flavors like Coffee and Greek Vanilla Yogurt. Pretty good selection: Maybe 12 different flavors? Cons: The scoop-shop exclusive flavors aren’t actually that great. Go with the Raspberry with Fudge Greek yogurt for the best combo of healthy/delicious. Extremely expensive. $ 5 for a wafflecone! Incredibly bad for you. A single scoop can have 13 grams of fat and 250 Calories.

Nothing beats getting off a plane, hot and exhausted, and getting some ice cream. :) The service was perfectly cordial and I paid with a credit card(super convenient.) Cherry Garcia is great no matter where you have it.(Especially in a waffle cone!)

This review is for the B&J in concourse A, I stopped here on the way to my gate for my departing flight on Sunday(3⁄25), it was busy, but there were plenty of employees working. I stepped into line and the girl said«what can I get you», I would have liked a personal greeting like Hello and then your line. I ordered a smoothie and knew it would be a few minutes. When I got to the cashier to pay, she stated«We are out of ones» Instead she have me four dollars in qtr’s.

It’s Ben and Jerry’s and it’s in an airport. How much more do you really need to know?

I’ve only been to Ben & Jerry’s in Concourse C(apparently there’s one in A also). As far as flavors and treats go, it’s pretty standard for what you would find at any Ben & Jerry’s. But the service is where they shine! The staff works like a finely tuned machine ensuring that the line is constantly moving.

My original review was for the Ben & Jerry’s in Concourse A. This update is for the Ben & Jerry’s in Concourse B. They’re pretty much the same. When I visited Concourse B Ben & Jerry’s, it was slammed. I ordered a Cookie Cookie Sundae, which consists of one tall plastic cup filled with three chocolate chip cookies, vanilla ice cream(you can choose any flavor), hot fudge, whipped cream, and chocolate sprinkles. This cost $ 5.99 plus tax. I’m pretty sure the prices here are higher than at non-airport Ben & Jerry’s. The Cookie Cookie Sundae was delicious and was a big dessert(snack) for me. The chocolate chip cookies were thin and chewy and the vanilla ice cream was smooth. I should have ordered something smaller. This dessert is best shared.

I was at a vulnerable moment. My flight was delayed and I was bored and there it was. Ben & Jerry’s! It was calling my name. I walked past it multiple times and used all my self control to not stop. The fourth timel, I finally caved. I got a big cookie sundae which was great and as expected felt really guilty after. But can’t blame them for it.

I normally don’t eat sweets but my colleague from overseas wanted to try so we stop by here. Service was really slow and kinda rude. Also I noticed they really are cutting corner. Taste? Hmm, never wanna eat again. Price? Wow! Glad I can expense it, otherwise I will be crying all way to LGA.

This place is a good place to go when you are looking for more of an «original» ice cream. It is a good place to go every now and then, but not an everyday kinda place. This one is located in the airport so it makes for a nice on-the-go snack or a night time treat before that long flight home.

My somewhat frequent traveling schedule for work has made Hartsfiled-Jackson almost a home-away-from-home for me… and Ben & Jerry’s is always there to provide a quick«meal» to-go when I’m rushing to my gate(usually along terminal B). If I’m really hungry, I go for the Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl shake(not available at terminal C, booo). If I’m not too hungry, I go for Life is a Beach(mango smoothie). Either way, I’m fully sugared up and ready for a nap on the plane. For me, no trip seems complete without a stop @ Ben & Jerry’s.

After walking nearly two miles(having forgotten one item at security and another at the gate after my wife’s flight left), it was a pleasure to regain those calories with a small premium ice cream cone for $ 3.84 including tax. Mint Chocolate Chunk is done right: mint ice cream should never, ever be green. Green mint ice cream is compensating for something, and Mint Chocolate Chunk has no problems to hide. Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl is dense, creamy, and hey, it contains peanut butter, which has protein, so it’s healthy, right? Right? Amirite? Whatever. It was *gooood*.

Talk about a watery and soft ice cream. almost 4 bucks for a scoop of crappy ice cream.

I love Ben & Jerry’s, but this particular one had a few flaws. First, granted it was late, but it had run out of half the flavors. Second, the ice cream descriptions did not match the ice cream! This was especially frustrating, as I would pick something that I thought they had when they did not have it. Finally, it just seemed a bit worn, and it could’ve been cleaner.
