I have been using the spa’s infrared sauna. It is a full spectrum sauna and I have utilized the detox and pain relief settings. I am seeing improvement in my skin — smaller, cleaner pores, as well as experiencing pain relief and increased mobility. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend the spa for all the services it offers.

I have been working with a trainer located at this facility for over 6 months. I have worked with many different trainers over the past 3 years with poor results. Many times the trainers were not certified resulting in poor workouts or just when the trainer was getting to know my needs and what works for me, they would leave and I would have to start all over many times not liking the trainer I was matched with. Since I met and started with Wesley I realize what it means to be certified. I feel healthy and get the most out of my 40 minute sessions. I recommend him all the time and the facility itself is so clean and the equipment is brand new. One of the best things about this location is that you receive one on once training sessions and have the entire gym to just you and the trainer unless your working out in a team environment,
Either way, if your looking for a great, clean location, knowledgeable and certified staff and diet expertise, I highly recommend Balance Diet. They offer nutritional education along with physical/​cardio training idea for each persons needs.

I recently had a superlative facial at Balance Diet. Aicha the esthetician has been trained in some of Morocco’s finest luxury spas –and it shows. Her touch is amazing. The full 1 hour facial includes a to-​die-​for massage of your neck, shoulders, and hands.
The products are all natural. The mango peel left my skin glowing and perfect. This facial is fabulous value for $ 110. As a professional beauty editor the facial at Balance Diet has my top recommendation.
