Established in 1995.

Ausband & Dumont was founded by Andrew C. Ausband. Before opening up his own firm, Ausband worked with a large Atlanta firm representing big corporations, insurance companies, and asbestos manufacturers. After years of representing large companies, Ausband realized that representing individuals who have been wronged due to negligence was his true passion.

At Ausband & Dumont, we are committed to representing individuals who have been seriously injured in an accident due to the recklessness of a truck driver or trucking company. We will fight to get you the justice you deserve.

Business Owner

Mr. Ausband earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of law in 1989. Throughout his college education, Mr. Ausband has proven his skills of leadership through holding positions as Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity president and as president of the Southeastern Interfraternity Council. Apart from school activities, Mr. Ausband also found time to complete internships with the Democratic National Committee in Washington, D.C. and the Governmental Relations Department at the Coca Cola Company.

Not only was he involved during college, but he continues to stay involved with his law career as being a member of American Association for Justice, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, State Bar of Georgia, and Roscoe Pound Foundation. After working at a prestigious Atlanta corporate law firm, he decided to follow his passion and opened up his own firm specializing in personal injury cases.

Mr. Ausband resides in Atlanta happily married with 3 children.
