I’ve had problems with my iPhone 4s ever since I got it from this store in May 2012. Tons of attempted up-sells, unauthorized added charges to our bill, etc. AT&T cell reception in this area is also terrible. Tons of dropped calls. No one can hear me when I’m making a phone call in the house. Do you have any idea how frustrating it is when you’re trying to make an urgent call and you get a «Call Failed» on your screen? After experiencing an urgent incident two weeks ago when I was trying desperately to make calls and getting the«Call Failed» thing over and over, my husband and I realized how imperative it was for us to switch carriers ASAP.

Frederick N. Is the one was helping me to get my iphone 6s plus and he gave me a deal that att would give me a Bose speaker if I gave them any smartphone .then when I came back with it he said that it have to be worth at least 10 $ for trade-in. And he told me that just get any iphone oldest one will work. Then, I came back with an iphone 3gs and he excuse that it have to be at least 4. Also, he told me if it doesn’t even work he will cover me on that. Then, I came back with the iphone 5 but it had somekind of broken. Then he excuse again that the phone have to be turn on and all that. Att is a bit fraud company, you all should’ve go over everything with them in the contract to make sure they wouldnt suck all your money.

Take your business else where! I called to ask about availability of the iPhone. A guy got on the phone rudely told me that there’s some in stock but can’t give me any details. He then hung up on me. I called back to report this to the store manager and she told me she can’t do anything without the person’s name. Clearly customer service is not their forte. I will be making a formal report to their corporate office as well. I recommend everyone do so as well! If these local stores won’t respond customer complaints properly, their corporate office needs to know and make appropriate changes to store management and staff.

I just had the worst customer service experience in my almost 49 years. It was time for a new phone so we went to an official AT&T store to get the best possible customer service or so we thought. Ramon was our salesman and I’ve never met a Salesman before who did everything he could do to not make a sale. Instead of telling us things you could do for us he set there and told us everything he refused to do for us as a customer. Every question we had was responded with a short curt impatient reply emphasize by what he could not do for us and would not do for us. As a long term customer is decent customer service too much to ask for I guess it is for the store. Even when we asked if there was any online deals his reply was will go home and look it up. So there was no way we were going to spend our money in this store. So we left one across the street to target got a brand new Samsung Galaxy s4 for a fraction of the price at with much better customer service and friendly attitude from the salesman. So in conclusion don’t waste your money on the store they don’t give a s*** about you as a customer and don’t give a s*** about customer service.

While I’ve been in this store with friends and family before, this was the first time that *I* had to go in. I’ve been with T-Mobile for years, and I’m now making the transition to AT&T. After having a good idea of what I wanted by reviewing the website, I went into the store hoping to get through with minimal hassle. Let me say, I was more than impressed with how things went! While Sundays at this location are very busy, there is an organized way of checking in customers, and then(and this is the part T-Mobile stores don’t have), allowing customers to easily see where they are in line. I was 7th in line when I came in, and the wait was about 10 minutes. Not bad at all. When it was my turn, I was greeted by Ramon. Now, this entire review wouldn’t have happened without Ramon helping my the way he did. He was able to quickly take the information I gave him about what plans I wanted, the fact that I was porting my number, etc, and got me through the system very quickly. In addition, he also helped me set up a military discount, which he also applied to the cost of a phone dock I wanted. Finally, he gave me some information regarding different plans I might be interested in if I ever decide to add a tablet to my account. Working with Ramon made the entire process feel not only streamlined, but personal as well. I know not everyone has experiences like mine, but just know that they’re possible, and if you know what you want going in, they are there to *help* you!

Horrible customer service at this location. Had problems with their service and the associate told me I could pay out my contract to leave rather than trying in the slightest to help. The regional manager was even in the store at the time and didn’t care to help either. Switched to Verizon as soon as the contract was over.

**Bad Service *** This is my first bad experience at a at&t store. I went to add a line and convert my plan to family plan. It took them a while to activate a new line. Sales associate didn’t give us a confirmation printout of services added to our plan. We only needed call, data and messaging. He confirmed with us the same. After few days we found insurance, road side assistance and mobile protection pack added to our new line. This clearly shows the dishonest practice of a salesman. Also he was very aggressive to sell the accessories for our new phone at the store. I don’t trust this store and will never go there.
