I was looking for a place to buy goat meat and found this on Unilocal.It was my first visit to this Asia Halal meat place. Small compared to other Asian grocery stores but was clean, well organized, one can get basic asian (Indian or Pakistani) spices and fresh meat (lamb, goat and chicken). One thing that you get here which you don’t get anywhere else is the service. The goat meat was so fresh and clean. I am glad that I found a great place for some quick grocery and meat shopping.

Awesome service from the owner himself, Nadeem. Small store with variety of stuff. All types of meat including fish, goat, beef, chicken prepared the way you want. Resonable prices and great service. The owner Nadeem is very nice helpfula and honest. If you are looking for a halal meat store this is a must try.

It’s great place to get clean halal meat. I really like the marinated chicken 65 and chicken quarters. They have beef, chicken, lamb etc. Meat is clean and they can package it in smaller packets if I ask.

My family is West Indian and we were making curry goat. The meat was so tender & according to the cashier, it’s from local goats. YUM! Helpful staff as well. It seems to be part butcher, part community hangout.

One of the best places to get goat meat for biryani and stews. Just remember to buy on Fridays after 2pm as the meat seems to be the freshest.
I really like the ready made items like chicken mince kabobs, shammi kababs and tandoori chicken that this store offers. One can call ahead place the order as it takes 10 – 15 min to cut the meat.
It is one of the few places you get paya (goat hooves) and goat brain which is a delicacy in some cultures. The paya however doesn’t have enough meat on it due to USA agricultural restrictions but that is not the owners fault.
If I cannot call ahead I will usually place my order and go next door to the indian grocery store or the salon next to it to do my eyebrows and by the time I am done the meat is cut and packaged neatly for me to take home. I am really glad to have discovered this store so close to home.

Goat Brains!
I had never seen a real live (just kidding) goat brain before. But I’m passing by a store that says «MEAT» right above the store and in the window there’s a list:
Chicken
Beef
Goat Brain (SALE)
Lamb
I exclaim «ooh, goat brain!!!» as the teenage boy standing next to the prompt door says «you want to come in and see?».
So sure enough, this is the only place in Atlanta where I’ve seen fresh goat brains.
The butcher thought I was going to buy it and started ringing it up for me. I had to politely decline and say I would have to find a recipe first featuring goat brains (I’m thinking Iron Chef), but when I do, I’ll know where to come get a dozen of them for a stew!
