Friendly staff. Place is overall well maintained and clean. The community feels safe. Amenities, including the pool, club house, etc are great!

I love the apartment and the community. I just wish we had better phone reception here. I can’t receive any phone calls or text unless it’s through iMessage of FaceTime. Luckily I have all apple products.

Between the dog poop everywhere and the amount of noise from people hanging out in the parking lot at night or running up and down the stairs we are so disappointed with this place we once really liked. The new tenants coming in are not being filtered correctly. This morning we even found beer cans in our already emptied valet trash bin… Terrible! Can’t wait to move out!

Poor Management … First of all Jarelle no longer works at the property. She was amazing! Wally is now one of the only positive aspects of living here. Ariel, the assistant property manager, is rude and condescending. Her attitude is so bad that I am planning to move early even if it entails paying double rent. The grounds are poorly maintained, specifically: the gates have not been consistently functional since November of 2014 and the exterior lights in one area of the property have not worked since August of 2014. Management continually promises that these issues will be fixed by «next week». My recommendation, do not move here … Look elsewhere!!!

GREATMANAGEMENT — love Jarelle Goforth & Waltez Price(Wally)! They are an amazing team. They got me the apartment I want and even went out of their way to get me the detached garage closest to my unit. Excellent community to live in, right off 85.

This once great apartment community has been run down by the current management(or lack of). I moved into this complex when it was brand new(construction was still being done on some of the buildings) in 2007. At that time, the company that owned the place was great. They were the best apartments and management I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, that company sold this complex to the current owners in 2011 and dramatic differences happened right away. They failed to uphold portions of the existing lease and slowly changed all of the positive amenities the previous owners had into nonexistent amenities. The office staff is down right useless. They never answer the phone and you will stand around for quite a long time before anyone even acknowledges you are there, let alone actually help you. They reduced the office hours making it all but impossible to actually pick up packages or do business with them if you have a job. Even if you manage to get there before they close to pick up a package, they will likely have lost it anyway. I had a very large(4×450lbs box) package delivered to the office by FedEx. I went to pick it up and no one knew where this large box was. They refused to look beyond the little closet in the office and told me «sorry, we don’t have it». I had to call FedEx and get the signature and name of person who signed for it. I took this information to the office and was told no one worked there with that name. I then had to file an insurance claim with FedEx. FedEx investigators said that all of their evidence indicated the office definitely accepted delivery of my package. A week later, I went into the office and just pretended I never went through all of the wasted time tracking this thing down and just said«I should have a package here, it’s a large 50lbs box». One of the women in the office just said, «yeah it’s in there» and pointed to the back office. That’s it. She didn’t even look up from her computer, stand up, walk me in… just pointed. I said, should I just go back there and get it? She replied with«yeah, she can’t lift that», speaking of the other woman in the office. I walked back and got my package. This took a full week. When I was shopping around for a different place to rent when my lease was coming up, I decided to fill out an application for one place just to see what kind of deposit amount I would qualify for at this place. When this new place submitted a request for my rental history from Anderson, they faxed it back with hand written note at the top of each page that said«NOTONNOTICE» and«NONOTICETOVACATE». How completely unprofessional, rude and disgusting. Why would I put in my 60 day notice to vacate if I don’t know yet if I want to move and am just checking out other places? Why would I even need to put in notice if I actually rented another place? Why would they even care, so long as I was paying their rent? How do they know I don’t want to rent 2 different places? What business of theirs is it? I was appalled and floored by this. To me, this was a blatant attempt to discredit and harm my reputation and ability to become approved to rent somewhere else. The maintenance is awful too. The previous company had a 24-hour guarantee response time which was written into my lease. This new company refused to honor this and it took a week to fix a leak under my sink. I had to place 4 phone calls and submit 2 online requests through their joke of a website in order to get this one thing fixed. The grounds are no longer well kept. Trash, pet waste and just grime from pollen and dirt which is never washed away from walkways, parking lots and mail areas anymore. Now, I must say, even with the horrible management problems, the apartments themselves are great. The good thing is that a great company is the one that originally built these units, so assuming you don’t get one that has been trashed too bad and not cleaned well enough by the awful new management, you should have a nice quality apartment. The floor plans are great. I lived in both a one bedroom and two bedroom units. All of them have huge closets, huge bathrooms with very nice garden tubs. The two bedroom units have large kitchens with island counters. They all have nice details like crown molding, nice faucets and door knobs. They also have«privacy locks» which lock your front door from the inside only. This provides extra security when you are home and also prevents management and maintenance from coming in unexpectedly when you are sleeping or otherwise unprepared. You will just have to weigh whether the nice units are worth dealing with the awful staff at this complex.
