Vaughn and Joe! My heroes! I called at 4pm with a rush order and sent them a file at 5, changed my mind and sent another file at 515 they stayed late and got the job done by 540 (poster board prints). THANKS GUYS!!!

I continue to return to Alphagraphics for assistance with all of my professional printing needs — conferences banners, name badges, signage, booklets and smaller printing jobs for professional mailings. They handle the last minute jobs just as beautifully as the jobs with appropriate timelines. And they are consistently friendly and helpful.

Lou, Joe, and the team saved the day! I had an extremely quick turnaround requirement on a set of business cards. They designed, printed, and had them ready that same day– literally, about 2 hours later. Only place in Atlanta that can provide this level of service. They’ve got a return customer in Buckhead and Alphagraphics has a new customer nationwide.

I gotta say Lou and his team saved us with a last minute need for promotional material for an expo. With less than 5 days till the event, they not only delivered on time, but the finished products exceeded our expectations. The banner and promo material looked great. We used AlphaGraphics for our RevLocal trade booth marketing piece. It came out very professional and eye-​catching. The turnaround time was very reasonable and we were able to have it for The Kids Business Expo at the Galleria. The customer service when I picked it up was friendly. Located in the heart of Lenox right in the Bank of America building, so it’s very convenient for people that work in the Lenox area. I recommend using AlphaGraphics if you work or do business in the Lenox and Buckhead area.

They did a good print job. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Decent turn around time. Would recommend.

I was in town for a conference at the Westin and needed postcards, business cards and color copies all done with only hours notice on two separate occasions. Lou was personally recommended by the conference organizer and not only did they do great work, but they personally delivered the orders on 2 of the 3 occasions. If that’s not great customer service, I don’t know what is.

I wish there were something less than even one star.
This is the worst run business I have ever been to. I walked over from my office during lunch one day and spoke at length with the general manager, ‘Lou’, who despite being rather odd and elfin, seemed helpful enough. I wanted a few quotes for what it would cost to print about 10 portfolios, perfectly bound. He took all of my contact info and that was the last I ever heard from him. The following day, I called and left a message for him. Nothing. The day after that, I left an email. Nada. The third day I called the main number, told the clerk what was happening, who said he would get right on it and call me back in a few minutes. That was two days ago and i’ve heard nothing.
How do these bozos pay the rent in the Bank of America building? Take your business elsewhere, you’ll be glad. People like this deserve to fail.
