This is a whole sale location only. Which I was not aware of when I Googled it before heading here to find my daughter a tiara for her birthday party. We walked in behind who I assume was a regular. The regular was greeted by an employee with pure sunshine. When the employee saw me she immediately asked if I had a Tax ID. No hello. No how are you doing. Not even are you with the woman who was in front of me. I told her no and that I did not realize it was whole sale only. I asked if they had a regular retail store in the are. She barely responded to me, I guess since I could not be a paying customer.
I discovered after more research they have a retail store online but I will not be buying from them ever due to the poor customer service.
