Adair McLaughlin – Keller Williams

I worked with two realtors that helped tag team my purchase of a home. The two realtors are Mary Beth McLaughlin and Patty Adair. Both are FANTASTIC communicators and amazing at answering any questions along the way. They go out of the way to help you and make the process easy. Here’s why purchasing a home with them is fantastic.
1) They are always there to answer questions. If one is on vacation, the other is there to help.
2) They are always willing to show properties at almost all reasonable times of the day. There was never a time when I saw a property and wanted to see it, that they were unable to help me see it within 24 hours.
3) They are very knowledgeable of the North Atlanta, Dunwoody area.
4) While I was having last minute problems with my mortgage broker, both Patty and Mary Beth answered questions I had about the loan process that my broker would not respond to. This wasn’t necessary but certainly helpful.
5) They are very good at helping you through the negotiation process and very forthcoming with information about what can be negotiated for, what can’t be, what may need fixing, and what you need to be concerned about on a property.
6) They learn your likes and dislikes and help cater to what you want in your price range.
7) They are super patient.
If I buy another property in this area again, I would HIGHLY recommend them.
