We scheduled a move with Herman and was assured they’d be at our house between 8:30 and 9 am and they DIDN’T SHOW UP. Thank goodness we found another moving company that could come the same day. We should’ve checked reviews before hiring this company. Very unprofessional, will not answer our calls or return our messages of course. How can a company treat their customers like this?
