3V Printing

3V Printing is amazing! I recently put in an order with 3V Printing that was a mixture of t-​shirts and sweatshirts. Willie took the time to match the exact colors of our logo and speak with me about the details of the project. There were specific request for each piece and he did the mock ups and sent them to me the same day and they completed the shirts a day earlier than promised. I also thought that the prices were fair. Many of the shirt companies will rip you off. You can’t go wrong with 3V Printing. Good service and good pricing.

Let me start by saying that when I initially worked with this company, the customer service was FAIR at best, but I was pleased with the quality of the t-​shirts provided. Because of that, I kept them in mind for future orders. The company may work mostly with online orders, so stopping by in person is… interesting. The office is small and disorganized and is located in one of those sketchy office parks. At that time, I felt compelled to stop by because I didn’t feel I was getting enough attention via email and phone.
After stopping by a few times to make sure my order was what I wanted, we went through a series of revisions and then eventually sent the t-​shirts to print. During that phase, the staff was quite helpful, but seemed agitated by my demands. In the end, though, the t-​shirts came out fine.
I’ve recently sent them a request for a new order and quote via phone AND email, DAYS AGO, and never heard back from anyone. This is very unfortunate as we were on a tight deadline, and I made that very clear.
3v’s may be a good option for an ad-​hoc, one-​time job, but definitely not a company to partner with long-​term because they’re simply NON-​RESPONSIVE and UNRELIABLE. I’ve now engaged another t-​shirt printing company and won’t be working with 3v’s again.

I shopped around for a screen printing company that could print our company logo on a large scale on tee-​shirts for an event we were going to be attending. When asking for mock ups, My concern with many was the clarity of the logo. When I checked with 3V Printing in Atlanta not only did they provide me with a mock up but offered to send me a sample print first. They were the first screen printing company online that offered me that option. My experience with the staff and the quality of our company tee-​shirts was excellent. I will definitely be a returning customer! Thank you 3V Printing.

I ordered $ 500 worth of shirts for a company I work for, and the shirts took nearly 1 month for them to arrive.
When the shirts arrived, all of the back logos were off center?!
When I called to complain, I was met with hostility by Willie, who is the GM apparently.
Willie told me they would send us replacement shirts. I told him 3V should also issue a discount for the inconvenience. Willie then proceeded to argue with me for 30 + minutes, until I finally just told him to send the replacement shirts to get off the phone. Once again, it took nearly a month for the replacement shirts to arrive.
When the replacement shirts arrived, the logos were in the center of the shirt; however, they used so much ink the logos protruded from the shirt. Two of these replacement shirts also had ink stains on the sleeve and bottom of the shirt.
Avoid this company like the plague. They are shady, their logos come out looking terrible, and they have terrible customer service.
