Pierce Building and Repair LLC specializes in building new homes, and improving existing homes. We build quality homes in Worcester County and beyond. We build on-​time with skilled craftsman. Our trade partners are career professionals who do the work right.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

I got my first job in construction after high school in 1984 for a roofing company, stripping off old shingles. I worked my way through community college and graduated from UMASS. I worked on Wood Frame houses, Log Homes, Timberframes, and for some specialized companies in the business.

I led a crew building a housfor the 1995 Massachusetts State Homebuilder of the Year. One year after the completion of that project, I took a full-​time position in his homebuilding company. For over 16 years I worked in Finish, Framing, Customer Service, Estimating and Purchasing, and Project Management.

My work with building departments, sub-​contractors, suppliers, and homeowners has given me a broader perspective. I still believe in doing hands-​on work, when I can. It helps me to keep in touch with people, products, codes, and the nuts and bolts of the building process.

I take pride in building things properly and help people to have a home that they love living in.
