I wish all my doctors were like Dr. Dixit. She spent lots of time with me trying to figure out what was wrong, great bedside manner. Convenient hours and easy to make an appt.

Dr. Dixit and her staff do a really great job. I started seeing her when I got some rush all over the body. She made all necessary tests and investigated the cause of it. Even better when some tests were refused by insurance she helped me to resolve an issue. She does both evening and weekend appointments, which is a life saver since I work full time and have 2 kids. She responds over email quick and have online scheduling system. I highly recommend Dr. Dixit.

If you want the finest and I mean the finest Doctor who helps with allergies and asthma, LOOK NO FURTHER. It is Dr. Dixit. She is the Lamborghini of Doctors. She is so detailed and interested in you, your issues and takes an amazing amount of time to learn, study and perform miracles to your road of health. I LOVE HER!

I started seeing Dr. Dixit at Atherton Allergists recently after leaving my previous allergy doctor in Redwood City due to many years of barely acceptable service. Dr. Dixit is very passionate about her work and business. She listens to the patient’s needs and has the patient’s best interest in mind. Her staff is professional and friendly as well. I am very happy I made the change.

Dr. Dixit and her staff are amazing and do such a great job with their patients. I started going to see Dr. Dixit due to my asthma and was looking for a doctor that was close by. Not only is she a great doctor, but her location is great and her hours are even better! She does both evening and weekend appointments, which is terrific for me since I work full time.
I highly recommend Dr. Dixit if you have asthma or allergies. She is very personable, honest, and caring. I’ve also taken my two year old daughter to Dr. Dixit for her breathing issues and Dr. Dixit was terrific her as well.

I believe this is really just the lone practice of board-​certified allergist Manjul Dixit. It is a small, full service office complete with nurses.
Dr. Dixit is fantastic. She doesn’t rush you like other doctors, makes use of technology (like sending electronic prescriptions to your pharmacy and using computers rather than paper patient charts), knows what she is doing, is very informative and hands on, has a wonderfully down to earth demeanor (she treats you like a friend), and makes you feel like she really is on your side, is your advocate, and wants what is best for you, not her bank account. I love how thoroughly she explains things and makes sure you understand. Unfortunately this is not the case with many doctors these days, who make you wait forever and then never want to spend more than 3 minutes with you! Even better, she has Saturday hours (woo-​hoo!) and returns phone calls herself!
Parking is a snap whenever I’ve been (which is only on Saturdays). The interior of the office could maybe use a little bit of a cosmetic refresh, but it is clean, bright and functional. The staff is also efficient and courteous, offering and bringing you a glass of water. I definitely recommend Atherton Allergists and Dr. Dixit!

Dr. Dixit was extremely helpful to me when i thought that my daughter had a peanut allergy. Her office was very nice to me and gave me the tools that I would need in an emergency. My daughter was only one years old the first time she met Dr. Dixit and it was an enjoyable informative experience for me. My primary physician referred us to Dr. Dixit — he really liked her background and her ability to work well with children. She is smart, funny and stylish — we look forward to our next visit.

We didn’t think there will still doctors out there like Dr. Dixit. This was a first for me finding a doctor on Unilocal and after doing the usual license checks and board certification checks, I figured I’d give it a try. She is the most caring medical professional I’ve met. Dr. Dixit takes her time and makes you feel like you’re chatting with an old friend. Pleasant is nice but what about results? Fantastic effective treatment of an allergic reaction, thorough and accurate allergy testing, I could not be happier. I trusted her so much i even took my mother to her for testing too. Also love the ability to book your appointment online and she is ON time for those appointments… So on-​time there won’t be time to catch up on any reading you may have brought along as if you were going to another doctor’s office.
Bottom line, Dr. Dixit and her staff have gotten it just right and I wish I could give a higher star rating. Yes, I’m effusive because it’s just that extraordinary of an experience.

The Atherton Allergy office is fantastic and I highly recommend this family practice for several reasons. They’re equipped to do all the testing and the serum mixing in-​house, so there is no waiting weeks while it’s shipped to another lab. They’re also extremely responsive and easy to work with on scheduling and billing. Dr. Dixit is very thorough in her explanations, supremely personable and wow, does she have an incredible sense of personal style. Brooke is super sweet and pleasant to be around. I actually look forward to allergy shots and the 20 min soak time just flies by. I’m really happy I found this office, and even though I’ve moved to a further location, I continue to return because of the family environment and the quality of the service and staff.

This doctor is amazing! What others have said about how caring she is… it’s completely true! I don’t ever take the time to write Unilocal reviews, but I feel that I must in this case! My son has battled a very rare mustard allergy for the last six years, since he was a baby. His tests from other doctors have been inconclusive for the last couple of years. They have told us to just continue to assume he is allergic and keep the Epipen handy. Dr. Dixit wouldn’t settle for that. She wanted to do more tests to be certain so that we didn’t live in fear of what he ate for no reason. As of today, he is free and clear! I was just appreciative that she didn’t take the easy way out and tell us to continue assuming he is allergic! She was so kind to him. He went in terrified, but was very quickly put at ease by the doctor and her wonderful staff. She is so knowledgeable and even spent time prior to our appointment researching his allergy. She spent so much time documenting our case, and for the first time, we didn’t feel rushed through the process. We are so thankful for her help!

I had a great experience at Dr. Dixit’s office in Atherton. I usually fear going to any sort of doctor but I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the office. The woman at the front desk was more than helpful and the nurse was also very warm and welcoming. They have an assortment of magazines and a television to watch while waiting which is quite convenient. The purpose of my visit was to take a skin allergy test since I had been having strange reactions to certain foods lately. Dr. Dixit thoroughly explained the difference between allergies and intolerances or hypersensitivities. She patiently listened to the things I had been experiencing and helped me understand what was going on. I’ve never been to a doctor as caring and professional as Dr. Dixit. I will definitely go back to this office for any sort of allergy care or shots I may need in the future. I also witnessed the nurse treat a child patient who seemed very reluctant to get his flu shot, but comforted by the nurses warm nature had no problem heading back to the room. These women are great at what they do.

Dr. DIxit is by far one of the most caring physicians I’ve ever had. I became her patient years ago, after three different allergists failed to properly diagnose my rare food allergy. She takes the time to really understand her patients, giving them her full attention at every appointment. She has recently opened her beautiful new practice in Atherton and I must say it’s wonderful. Everything is brand new and state of the art. Her nurse and front desk administrator are very kind and welcoming. Although I hate my allergies, I truly love my allergist. I wish more doctors were like Dr. Dixit!!!
