Established in 2008.

Started in 2008, The Pearl Girls combines business owner India Rows’ love for travel and passion for pearls with high quality jewelry designs made right here in Athens, GA. Originally operating as a wholesale and online retail site, The Pearl Girls opened their first retail location in January, 2015. The Pearl Girls is committed to offering jobs to the local Athens community including mothers and retired women needing flexible employment. The Pearl Girls offer on-​site childcare.

Business Owner

India has a Graduate Diploma in Pearls through the Gemological Institute of America and is a Certified Pearl Grader. She travels to international pearl farms to personally source pearls for The Pearl Girls jewelry designs. Her destinations include Japan, China, Australia, The Philippines, French Polynesia and she ventures to new places each year. She recently launched Pearl Adventures in which she takes guests with her on her worldwide pearl tours. She has a true passion for pearls and a personal interest in the origin of all of The Pearl Girls pearls!
