They have an array of phone to choose from and will help you set your phone up, but the costumer service is really bad here. The employees clearly don’t like or want to be working there. It’s as though they hate to be bothered with service questions (but they are employees of sprint so wtf!). One woman even rolled her eyes at one of my girlfriends questions. Buying phones here is fine, but the employees are extremely unhelpful. Sprint is really bad in general though from my 8 months of experience so far and there’s no way I’m renewing any contract with them when I’m done with my 2 years!
