Specialties

Experience our inspired fusion of Japanese cuisine with distinctive creativity, contemporary atmosphere, exotic cocktails, and private karaōke party accommodations.

Here at Shokitini, we are committed to providing each and every one of our guests with the ultimate dining experience.

We never use MSG in our food. Our fresh ingredients are what make our sushi taste great.

Being one of the busiest sushi bar in town, we receive our fish twice a week.

If you are a true sushi connoisseur, get to know our sushi chefs.

They do special ordering and ‘off-the-menu’ delicacy for our special customers.

Meet the Business Owner

Jay K.

Business Owner

He has been a part of Japanese cuisine since 1988. His family owned and operated various Japanese traditional hibachi restaurants in different cities. He worked as a main hibachi chef at his family restaurants for almost 12 years before he opened up his own place at Athens, GA in 2000. Shokitini is his second adventure in Athens and very first flare in contemporary Asian fusion cuisine.
