My grandfather started his first pizza shop in 1977. My father continued in the family pizza business and today I have opened my own pizza shop in Athens Ohio as the 3^rd generation of my family to open my own pizza restaurant. I am current OU student and have moved to Athens.

WOW. 3 pizzas fast delivery.
Large pepperoni & sausage thin crust, red sauce, Square cut. Fantastic.
Large Alfredo sauce, feta, mushroom, jalapeño, onion, with garlic drizzle with all 3 crust toppers, thin crust, square cut, almost converted to white sauce with this one, yummy.
3^rd pizza large regular crust regular pie cut, with all 3 crust toppings & broccoli, chicken, meatballs, red sauce.great.
Will do this pizza place every time now that we’ve tried it.

Our first trip to this place was great. I read reviews on Google and all were positive except one but there’s always one lol. We ordered breadsticks and a deluxe pizza. The breadsticks came out in under 10 minutes and were hot and, had we known how good, we would have ordered the 8 count so it’s good we didn’t know. The deluxe pizza arrived not long after we finished breadsticks so it was perfectly timed and perfectly hot! Our server was also the pizza preparer and was prompt and courteous and eager for us to like his pizza. We loved it! I would definitely eat here again! We went on a Thursday night and no crowd.

THIS PIZZA IS AMAZING!!! The service is great for delivery too! I would suggest this over the other pizza places in the area. I am so over dealing with this large chains that have absolutely no customer service what so ever!
There are a couple more locations for Plus 1 Pizza that I am definitely going to give a try. Its great to deal with a local place that actually cares about the people that they serve!

The pizza itself is on par with Donato’s, Dominos, or Pizza Hut-i.e. nothing special at all. The prices are on par with Avalanche, which makes me think Plus One had no idea what they were doing when they opened in Athens. You can get better pizza for the same price, or similar pizza for less.

The Plains, OH

It’s a mom-and-pop chain, with a fresh, crisp crust and a sweet tomato sauce. I think it’s better than the commercial chains and I highly recommend the ranch-flavored crust. It’s pricey, but that’s the reality of the food industry. The trademark Voodoo pizza is delicious as long as you ask them to NOT include the BBQ sauce. Beware that the owner will talk your leg off if you let him. Ask them for a mozzarella and cheddar cheese mix for a taste kick.
