Love this location. My husband and I got weekly! The staff is wonderful, kind and very attentive. The loaded baked potato soup is wonderful!

The beer was good! The soup was pretty disappointing, not that hot and the crunchy piece of bread that is supposed to soak up the broth is a bunch of extremely soggy croutons! My food came out just slightly warm therefore by the time I got to the end of my plate it was cold. Kitchen needs to figure out timing. Stark had good flavor, shrimp were plentiful, rice pilaf was just okay, broccoli was a tad over cooked. Waitress was very nice.

The good news is that the food is up to par with what you would expect in the realm of «competent but entirely unoriginal chain steakhouse» cuisine. The bad news is that the service was slow, fairly inattentive, and a bit unprofessional.

Slow service, they were out of the Texas tonion and didn’t say anything until 15 minutes later. Our Margarita tasted like a lime juice bottle. Food might have been good, but I didn’t wait to find out.

Was sort of nervous to eat here with so many negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! Food was great and up to usual Longhorn par. The service I recieved was great as well!

Not a fan. Bartenders are too busy to care about you, the wait is long, the food is blah… I’ve always loved meat, just not from here.

I’ve eaten at this restaurant several times. The wait time to get a table at night is always long. We end up sitting at the bar first then being seated. The drink menu for alcoholic beverages is extensive and the bartenders are good. I usually get a steak with a loaded baked potato and side of grated horseradish. The steaks are always good and cooked properly. The last time I went to the restaurant I decided to get a rack of BBQ ribs. I wish that I had stuck with the steak. The ribs were extremely dry and burned and the side of french fries were gross. If I go to this restaurant again I would get a steak and go at a non-busy times.

Servers need LOTS of training. After 3 requests and 15 minutes my beverage refill finally arrived. Glad I hadn’t munched down on a pepper flake because there was nothing to wash it down with :) It took 10 minutes for our server to bring bread plates after requesting twice. You would think when they bring the bread, they would bring the plates, no? Lots of wait-staff walking in endless circles, carrying nothing, accomplishing little. With just a little common sense training, when they leave the kitchen or go back to the kitchen they could be bringing out food or taking back dirty plates or bringing beverage refills. Instead they just walk empty handed round and round, looking busy… If we had been in a hurry the night would have been ruined. As it was, we just laughed at the gross incompetence, kept calm and carried on!

Have dined here three times. Each visit I arrive hoping things have improved. Each time I leave, I wish I had chosen another steakhouse. The service is poor. The wait for the meal is way too long. Servers only seldom stop by the table. This is not a well run Longhorns. Twice my order has been wrong. Better steak options in Athens.
