Similar experience to Neil V. I purchased an item from KP and payed via PayPal. After a week of not receiving the item or a shipment notice, I called them by phone and was told the item was in fact not available and I would be receiving a refund. After three weeks, I contacted them again via phone and was told both by phone and email that my refund was a priority and would be processed soon. It is now March 17th and still no refund. I have opened a case with PayPal to hopefully recoup my money. I would never do business with KP’s Surplus again and advise anyone considering buying something to shop elsewhere.

Stay away from this merchant. I bought an item from them on eBay. After a couple of weeks they sent me an email that the item was no longer available and they would refund me via PayPal. It has now been well over a month and they keep stalling me and ignoring my requests for my refund. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
