Meet the Business Owner

Keith and Lissa K.

Business Owner

Keith Keppner is a Licensed USA Boxing coach and professional cutman. He’s been around boxing all his life and was trained by his father Doc Keppner. Doc is a pro boxing coach with over 50 years of experience. He was coached by 2-​time Middleweight Champ Tony Zale and was mentored by Chuck Bodak. From 2008 – 2010 Keith lived in Mexico with his father who trained him. In 2010 he received an injury which retired him from boxing. In 2011, Keith took up coaching full time and has worked with amateur/​pro boxers since.

Lissa Keppner started kickboxing in 2005 and has had over 20 fights in all different styles including mma and boxing. She retired due to her health in 2009 from kickboxing and took up powerlifting for 3 years where she competed at the national level in the USAPL placing 4th in the women’s open. She made a short comeback in boxing and was trained by Keith but after only a year had to retire again due to health issues. She has worked in as an instructor and trainer since 2007
