We stopped on for lunch and discovered after we placed our order that there were only 2 employees in the store trying to run the front refiater, the window and cook. Understandably, those 2 employees were frustrated and their attitude reflected the stress they were under. Delivery time for our food was long. This is not the fault of these 2 employees, but if the manager who should have been here helping.

I walked in at about 8 pm, the 2 employees just looked then acted like they didn’t see me or my family. We stood there for 5 mins saying out loud«do we have to use the drive thru and hello!» While looking at them. They never once said a word and acted if we were not there. Needless to say my family enjoyed chick fila. On a side not dairy queen had a 86 on the clean score, so I guessed we lucked out.

Good cold treats. Restaurant was clean, with fast service. New location. A little hard to get in and out of location. The Unilocal map was off, I made an edit and submitted it, it’s next to Chick-fil-A.

Oh… plueeeezeee. This is not your old-fashioned DQ. We had hoped for a step back in time to the days of good hot burgers, chili dogs, and other bites, along with some cool and creamy DQ frozen custard. Alas! twas not to be. OK, some of the old menu items are still available, but we decided to step up and try something different. My wife had the special Chicken Quesadilla. The server said it was tiny(motioning with her hands that it was about the size of a baby cupcake)…so she ordered 2. Stuffing inside was fine – but they turned out to be better sized than indicated. Not too bad a deal. I decided on the Crispy Chicken Wrap $ 5 lunch… includes small fries, drink, and small sundae. Disaster. My wife’s quesadilla was delivered… along with my drink and fries, but somehow my wrap was forgotten or lost or MIK(Missing in Kitchen). 15 minutes later they brought one to our table. What a rip!(Check the photo that I posted.) A small chicken tender cut in half and shoved into the bottom of a tortilla, a piece or two of lettuce and two juliennes of carrot — it didn’t even fill half the rolled flour tortilla! On top of this, the waitress took my receipt back when she tried to figure out what had happened to my wrap… That receipt had the proof on it that I was also supposed to get a small sundae… which I didn’t get. By then we had wasted enough time. Never, never, never again… DQ I thought we knew you.

Had been wanting to try this after the«newness» of the recent opening 6 mos ago wore off. My wife and I rarely eat fast food and here’s what we experienced: 8:45 pm on a Th pm no one there when we came in. Employees lounging in eating area. Ordered a chicken sandwich and wife had a strip combo. Took 10 minutes to get food and when it did come up in window, no one there to deliver. It sits in the window until one of the employees who is lounging says«Uh are you waiting for that food?». He must of been psychic! So he does pick it up for us bless his heart. Next we go to get drinks and the ice machine is not working and has water running out from underneath it. I tell the employees and no one mentions it much less flags it with a caution sign etc. We sit down to eat and my wife’s meal looks ok mine a let down. When did a chicken sandwich become 2 chicken strips, mayo on one piece of bread and limp lettuce? Looked like a $ menu reject to me. Won’t be back!
