I work here and it’s by far the best place to goto. All dogs are treated as one of our own. None of them are mistreated and all are loved by everyone. We make sure their comfort and health is our number 1 priority.

These groomers do a great job! I took my two dogs here the other day, and their cuts were exactly what I wanted! My dogs came home smelling clean (not perfumed) and were so happy for the rest of the day. Their hours are also a bonus, they open around 7:30 and close at 6, so you can drop your dogs off before work and mine were finished by lunch. It was a little expensive, but compared to the services of other groomers, it was worth it. At other places in Athens, my dogs have come home with little cuts, rashes, etc. from the clippers, but we’ve never experienced that here! No irritations at all!

Although it is a bit on the expensive side, I highly recommend Bark Dog Spa. I have a Husky-​Shepard who had had trouble adjusting to the GA heat. The staff at Bark do a «defurmination» with her that works wonders… and she is always a happy pup when we leave!

The groomers here are wonderful, especially Laura. I have two difficult rescue dogs that others were not interested in grooming. Laura knew exactly how to connect with my most difficult one who was abused and has great difficulty connecting with people other than her family. The other dog has a weeing problem, but they work very gently with her and make her feel comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean in the salon with no dog odor. It is just a great place to take your dog for grooming.

I couldn’t say one thing bad about this place. I love love love this place. When you walk in the place is super cute and clean. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Their prices are very fair. I took my Boston terrier there to get groomed. When I picked her up she looked so shiny and clean. Her face smelled like blueberries and she still smells like heaven and it’s been 3 days. Her nails are perfectly filed down down and smooth. The ladies there are just so sweet to the dogs there. You can hear them baby talking the dogs they groom. It seems like they want to groom your pet and that they love their job. Will only take my dog to them. So happy I found Bark Spa and so is my Gracie girl!
