Why do they always make me pull up to the front when there’s nobody behind me in the drive-thru?! Everytime!!! And they get my food to me missing part of the order!

Went back here and at the end of my order I asked the cashier if me and my parents(who were just in front of me and had ordered separately) get a free cookie because she didn’t ask us if we wanted to buy a cookie. She was wearing a pin that said«if we don’t ask you if you’d like to order a cookie then you get a free cookie». There was also a huge red sign next to the cash register saying the same thing. The cashier looked at me with disgust and said that because we used coupons it threw her off and that’s why she didn’t ask. She just stood there and shrugged her shoulders as if to say too bad. I said«ok so that means we don’t get one». Then she turned around and picked a cookie already in a bag and took it to the back somewhere and then came back with two cookie bags, gave me one and put the other one back where she got it earlier. Not knowing what she did to it, I tossed it. Note to Burger King: don’t offer free cookies if you don’t want to give them out.

This place was just built next to my High School. The staff was very friendly but while ordering, there was an annoying echo through the box. I got the Chicken Fries, they were decent, they came with big and small bite size ones. Not too filling for a Senior in HS. I also got a small Oreo shake, talk about delicious! I know this place is still new and staff may be learning, so it was a decent first time. Food: 3⁄5 Staff: 5⁄5 Speed: 4⁄5
