Templeton, CA
this facility was family owned and operated. Their rates were very fair and it was nice to see the same face when visiting or paying bill. They sold to the owner of another Atascadero storage operation. The first thing they did was raise the rates. They have done this 3 times in less that 2 years. The place looks run done and dirty. Cats are running wild and you must be careful not to accidently close one in your unit. All this for more money with no end in sight. I need to move my things to another location, but the time it takes is difficult to find.
