Salon62 is a full service AVEDA salon; offering cut & color services and specializing in making you feel comfortable and appreciated. Our stylists love what they do and will offer you a full experience of a scalp massage, service, hot towel and style.

Salon62 also offers DEVA curly haircuts, style and products. Kim Boege, owner is a DEVA trained stylist specializing in curly hair.

History

Established in 2004.

Salon62 was opened in 2004 by owner and stylist, Kim Boege, who also owns Preschool of the Arts in Atascadero. After over 15 years of caring for young children she decided to change her career and enter the hair care service world.

Preschool of the Arts is still going strong and she is grateful to be able to fulfill her dreams!

Salon62 was named after her birthday, 6−2−62.

Business Owner

Kim’s passion for what she does is what brought her to the new San Luis Obispo location. Together with her husband, they own and operate both Salon62 North and South. They are also proud owners for 25 years of Preschool of the Arts in Atascadero where their granddaughter Luna attends.

Kim is a Curly Hair Specialist who thrives on turning lifeless, frizzy, and unmanageable hair into soft, moveable curly locks.
