These guys are the best. They are extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful. They helped me buy something that the big chain store in the South wanted a ton of money for. Kimberly and Jeremy are great and will be my first choice for any future buys. If you want an AR this is the place.

These guys were very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. The guys working were both named Jeremy so at first I didn’t trust them but after more talking I was really able to see they knew what they were talking about and they weren’t trying to sell me things I didn’t need/​want. They were actually able to guide me into more of what I was looking for in a gun instead of spending more $$$ on something I thought I wanted but realized it did not do what I wanted.
Great store and very helpful. Also, if you buy/​build a gun here they will fix/​repair for lifetime. They will even show you how to take apart, put back together and use anytime; all you have to do is go in.

Helpful staff who didn’t look at me sideways when I asked if they had a solar charger for cell phones. Picked up a great one at a great price. Nice staff that’s not filled stereotypical «gun guys.» Great place for survival supplies and other helpful tools. Well stocked with ammo (no limit) and sensible smart staff.

These folks have great customer service.
I went into Atascadero Firearms where I had purchased a handgun and I wanted to purchase some snap caps.
I was the only customer present.
The salesman was on the phone.
A little while later as I patiently waited another customer came in.
A woman sales person entered from a side room and immediately helped the customer who had come in after me.
I left and stopped off at ParaBellum.
These folks can dual task.
The owner took my order, wrote up a sales receipt all while on the telephone and on his lap top and while 4 or 5 other customers were waiting for something else.
Amazing customer service.
I have not witnessed anything like this for years.
I will be back.
