If I could give these people a 0 rating I would. Never will I go to them to buy anything ever again. Customer service is great as long as you are buying their product. But when you need them to make good on their promise to help when canceling a warranty they sold you because you resold the RV you bought, they lie again and again and do not do what they say they will do when you purchase the warranty. Very untrustworthy sales people. I will never do business with them, or suggest others do business with them, again.

We called ahead to confirm the hours they were open, and were told they would close at 4 PM. We arrived a few minutes after 3, intending to look at a couple of R-​Pods. There was no one in the sales office, so after waiting a few minutes, we decided to just walk to the unit we were interested in seeing. The salesman then «greeted» us by telling us they were closing. I said we had called ahead (we drove 3 hours to get there!) and were told they closed at 4, and he said, «Well, it’s nearly 4 now.» It was 3:13. We got in our truck and left. Such rudeness is inexcusable. I was very disappointed because the lady on the phone seemed so friendly, and I looking forward to seeing the unit we have been looking at online for so long. Tomorrow we’re heading to Fresno to see the R-​Pod. It’s closer to home anyway.

Just recently purchased an rpod here and the customer service is amazing! Everyone is very knowledgable and enthusiastic! They are the only dealers who carry rpod campers in the county and their prices are comparable to Fresno so don’t even bother traveling to the valley. Craig goes over every detail of the trailer before you take it home, which is great for first time owners of a camper. They service all their campers there too which is very convenient! Thanks Scott for hooking us up!!!

Don’t bother with this place. I came in during the middle of the afternoon, no other customers in sight, and honestly I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such an unpleasant experience and rude salesperson anywhere. No hello, no introduction, no getting to know the customer, didn’t really want to answer questions, was on his cellphone, followed me at a distance of 10 feet around the lot, and then not at all. Was only interested in knowing if I was buying that day. I wouldn’t use them, I wouldn’t recommend them, and anyone that asks will be pointed elsewhere. If you can’t train your staff properly to meet the needs of your potential customers, then you certainly don’t deserve to have customers.

Our experience at Pacific Coast RV was fantastic. David was our salesman and he was excellent in all aspects of the purchase, Craig was our technician and he did an extremely thorough walkthrough and made us feel extremely comfortable with our new vehicle. I would strongly recommend Craig and David and the staff at Pacific Coast RV

The owners of PCRV will go out of their way to satisfy their customers just as they have satisfied me. (thank you) If the owner’s would get fid of Vance and hire a new sales manager, I’d give a 5 star rating.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. They tried selling me a trailer my truck couldn’t handle, was extremely rude, pushy, and could care less about the customer experience. I was ready to go with this lot until I found out the truth behind the «façade». Thank goodness. Go elsewhere!

Today my family and I visited the rv sales lot looking for a unit while we were on our way home from the coast. As we drive up I immediately notice there’s no salesman around. so after locating the sales office I go inside looking for someone to help us and I find three salesman inside under the a/​c talking, after I was feeling like I was interrupting them. I ask for a specific model.(I don’t want to waste their time and don’t want to waste ours either) one salesman finally speaks up and tells me where I can find one unit. I was actually looking for assistance on the lot but guess that was too much to ask. so as I walk out the office to go looking around to find that one unit the salesman yells out «watch out for the rattlesnake ««just in case you get bit you can’t say I didn’t tell you». We walked the sales lot looking for the one unit only to find it was locked. By this point I was upset. So I tell my husband let’s go. its obvious they don’t want to make a sale. As we are leaving all the salesman are outside on the deck of the office talking and not even one could say bye, have a nice day or say thanks for stopping in. I guess in the end this sales lot wasted my time because this is certainly no way to treat people and do sales. We drove a few miles more in Paso Robles and visited another rv lot and had a better experience.

My wife and I are interested in buying an RV. So we went to this place to look around.
We were greeted by a salesman. We told him that we are interested in buying an
RV, but getting ideas of what we want first. He showed us several new models. When I asked
about used RVs he excused himself and another fella showed up to assist us, I thought. When I told him what
we were doing he showed us one used RV. He Did not understand that we were getting
ideas of what we want in an RV, even though I explained that to him. He said «you cant do
that because the RV that you may like will not be here, they sell quick. He then asked when do
you plan to purchase an RV? I said 3 — 6 months. He then told us to if we needed anything
he would be in the office. So we continued to look around without assistance, that’s OK. I think
a good salesman would be getting contact info, establishing a re pore for a possibal future sale,
instead of bolting… The place had one other customer as well. Did not appear busy at all.

Great company to do business with! A local family business with great people, and excellent selection and pricing. Very highly recommended.

Great Prices! Terrible customer service after the deal is done! Sales man did a great job, but finance guy was rude.

Very friendly and willing to make a deal! I was very impressed with the selection of RV’s and the prices can’t be beat.
