In 1992, Richard decided to open the Mattress Outlet to provide high quality mattresses at prices that the community could afford. Since opening the first Mattress Outlet Richard has worked tirelessly to achieve that goal.

In the time since, Richard has expanded the Mattress Outlet to include three locations on California’s Central Coast and has become one of the fastest growing independent Mattress Retailers in California.

Prior to opening the Mattress Outlet, Richard worked in retail furniture and auto financing. He has a passion for cooking and believes strongly in maintaining a working environment that not only provides the best customer service, but also is a healthy and happy environment for his employees.
