Heart & Soles Day Spa

Lovely morning spent to get ready for my son’s wedding! Four of us had our hair and makeup done. We were all very happy with the results! We were greeted by Linda with champagne, berries, cheese and crackers, scones, and cakes! Megan made us all look beautiful and kept the time spent there a joy! The makeup lasted us through the 100 degree wedding and long into the night! Thanks!

So I called this place a few days before Mother’s Day hoping that I could book some massages and pedicures for about 6 people and was pleasantly surprised that they had some openings. Linda, the owner, coordinated with me directly and helped me set up the whole thing. We brought snacks and mimosa fixins and had the place to ourselves for 3 hours! It was great! My mom got the best massage and signed up for a Spa membership (totally great idea) and we all got great pedicures. The place is bigger than it seems and has such a cute décor! By the time we left it was like we were all family and we all hugged Linda and thanked her for her help. She was sweet and very professional, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to treat themselves or someone they love!

Kitty is fantastic! She did my sister in laws hair for her wedding as well as mine and the rest of the bridesmaids. We all loved what she did with our hair. She is positive, funny and has a great sense of style and how to make you look your best and all at a great rate. Go see her for a cut, color or style. You won’t regret it!

I would give Heart and Soles ten stars if I could! The owner was wonderful to work with– I had called on a Friday morning desperate to have my nails done and not only did she promptly get back to me with an appointment for that day, but she went above and beyond– way beyond– in customer service to help me get to her salon and have a relaxing experience. Thank you Heart and Soles! Whenever I want to be beautified this is where I want to go and I highly recommend it to anyone I know.
Also her salon is beautiful and the girls aren’t snooty :) it is a very welcoming place.

I love this day spa. Very comfortable. Wonderful services offered the best part for me is the prices aren’t ridiculous. I come once a week and have a massage and once a month I am able to do a facial. The spa is really comfortable and the owner, Linda is very sweet and accommodating. I’ve been coming here for about a year now and can’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommend.

I recently just got biofeedback therapy done by Alma, I feel much more relaxed. Just after one treatment I am already sleeping better! Alma is also an excellent masseuse I have been a long time client of hers. She is such a sweet caring person, really takes care of you and knows what she is doing. A true professional!

I came to Heart and Soles Day Spa a few weeks ago with a group of girls (in our 30s) on a bachelorette party weekend. Most people came up from LA, I came in from Oakland. Linda somehow accommodated our group of 6 on short notice and we were all so impressed when we got there! She had a great spread of snacks and champagne waiting for us, we had our own private lounging area and spent half the day there just being pampered. The girls who got facials and massages were very happy; the hair cuts and styles were terrific; Linda did my mani-​pedi herself and it was perfect. A couple of us even tried the foot detox which was interesting and cool. All in all it was a perfect day. Linda even met me when I was headed out of town the next day to bring me some eggs from her hens that I asked about. Super-​friendly small town feel with big city capacity. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great salon services with a fun atmosphere!

I am visiting Atascadero and wanted a facial. I went to Heart & Soles Day Spa today and had a facial with Camille, she was fantastic! I have had many facials, and am very picky, she was professional, informative, quiet unless i spoke (!), I absolutely loved it. Their primary product is «Yonka», an absolute superior product. I will say i am 53 years old, I’ve taken care of my skin, and appreciate a good product. I will definitly come back and have another facial with Camille, she was very, very good!!!

Friendly, fun, energetic. Best time I have ever had getting my hair done is with Kitty. I don’t normally go back to a hairdresser, and I never recommend a place. But everyone should see Kitty for their colour.

EXCELLENT Service and Professional Staff with True Talent… Kitty makes me look 10 no 15 years younger and that is a feat…

I’ve followed kitty to each salon she moves to for the past almost 3 years, by far one of the most talented hair stylists I’ve ever had… great prices and I’m never let down or bored of her company while I’m getting beautified. she’s amazing and the atmosphere of heart and soles is to die for. 5 stars for both:))

I agree with the previous review for massage therapy with Alma. She is very professional, knowledgeable and intuitive. She really listens to you about your particular needs and tailors the session just for you. Also, the suite where she works is very serene and visually appealing.
