Established in 1974.

Filipponi & Thompson Drilling, Inc. is locally owned and operated by Doug Filipponi & Ned Thompson. Both were raised in this area and attended Atascadero High School. Filipponi & Thompson Drilling has been honored as the city’s «Business of the Year» and both men, on separate occasions have been recognized as Atascadero’s «Citizen of the Year» for numerous contributions to local charities and organizations. The company’s motto is «No one ever lost business because quality was too high, or service too good.» Upholding these values ensures continued business, which in turn gives Filipponi & Thompson Drilling, Inc. the ability to give back to the community they cherish.
