Mr Casacca represented me in a very difficult case. My case was very heartbreaking. It had to do with the death of my son and his biological father who was absent his whole life feeling like he was entitled to his assets. Not only was this a bit tricky because it was dealing with family law but it also had a bit of a probate twist to it. I couldn’t find anyone to take on my case when Mr Casacca stepped up and said he could handle it. Mr Casacca and his assistant Nancy comforted me through my tears and had my back and answering all my questions and concerns and reassuring me along the way. The ruling was in my favor and I feel very fortunate to have had him represent me. He was very professional and explained everything so that I knew what was going on during the process. Thank you Mr. Casacca for helping me through this difficult time and having my back.
