Totally flaked out on me. I called him (Adam, the owner) first thing Monday morning to come look at my refrigerator because it had stopped cooling. When he arrived, he realized that he had forgotten his screwdriver, so I let him borrow mine. Not a good sign. Then he diagnosed the issue and told me that he would order the part. I called him on Wednesday at noon, because I hadn’t heard from him about when the part was supposed to come in. In the meantime, my food is chilling in the camping cooler in the garage. Didn’t hear back. Called him again at 4:30, and left another message requesting an update. Nothing. The next day, he still didn’t return my call. At this point, I decided to order the part myself and let my husband fix it. Not only is it unprofessional to blow off a customer, but just rude in general. I’m not sure why this guy is still in business.
