Astoria has a lot of barbershop selections. I have tried a few of them and to be honest once I came here I haven’t gone anywhere else. This is my spot and if you live in the area I recommend that you come through. They are well priced and do a great job.

I have been going to Solomon for years and he never disappoints my hair cut is always consistent my son also cones to him I recommend him to all.

Ok so I been going here for about 16 years and I’ve tried all different types of barbers from Colombian to Dominican to Puerto Rican, but let me tell you none cut like this Russian Solomon ! He is absolutely the best and no I’m not exaggerating, he truly is in my opinion. Every Time I go to him it’s exactly what I ask for and he won’t let you off the chair unless your satisfied with the haircut. He’s very patient with customers when other barbers rush to do your haircut. Also if you need someone to talk to this guy is the guy to do it with. He doesn’t judge and always tries to give you the best advice really good hearted person. Theirs also a massage chair that I love, incase you had a long day at work and want to relax & enjoy a massage it’s the perfect place while you wait really worth it and it’s only $ 1!!. Now with all that said no barber is perfect I guess the only thing I dislike about this barbershop is the amount of phone calls he gets while I jus want to get a simple haircut and leave, he jus takes away time to talk on the phone. Other than that this guy is in my eyes the best in Astoria !! He might just be the best in queens !!.

Great place, love the atmosphere. The haircut is always consistant. I’ve been to many Barbershops and salons and this one tops them all. The price is very low considering the quality you get.
I have been bolding for about 4 years and thankfully they hqve worked with me on getting an optimal look as my hair was reseeding.
GREAT PLACE AND ATMOSPHERE, HIGHLY RECOMEND IT. WHEN you are there deffinately treat yourself for a hot towel shave, you wont regret it!

I have been going to Solomon for over 9 years I even followed him from his old shop on crescent st. I love getting my weekly haircuts from him because it’s never rushed and we always have a great conversation he always takes his time and does exactly what you ask for he is the best at fades and tape up you will never find an imperfection in his haircuts. I recommend this place to everyone.
