My waiter looks high, he didn’t bring any napkins, there was something in my friends water, he dropped my sour cream, he didn’t bring plates, he brought us the wrong stuff, the fries were stale, the ketchup wasn’t full, the table was dirty, all of the meat we ordered was raw when we ordered well done, our smoothies were water, the only thing that was good was our ratchet ass nachos. I don’t recommended this disgusting place

I used to love this place. Not anymore !! The new staff is so rude and not friendly at all !! And when I order delivery same thing !! I’m only giving 2 starts for Kenny !! He is great, I love him anytime he’s working I’ll always be there !!! In the mean time I just left from soho cause the waiter was rude, ignored me and served other people even tho I was the first one there and it wasn’t even busy !!! Then when I stand up to leave he asked me oh, you were first right ?? Ugh. Yeah you know I was first. Thank you but no thank You !! So I took my business somewhere else !! I’m having a great meal across the street at Igloo

Most disappointing wrap of my life. 8 $ for a bland wrap and a little cup of corn & beans. No thank you.

This place was awesome I got the grilled chicken pinini and Cajun fries. I would say the chicken was cooked and lil to much but overall great taste my gf got the quinoa bowl with great spices it was really good they cooked it well. The waitress messed up a lil by mid understanding what I said and taking my fries as if I wanted it to go. But it’s alright probably a trainy the atmosphere was good and if u want u can see ur food being cooked it ur picky about stuff overall great place I’ll come back

Great food. I’ve never been to the location, but the delivery on seamless is phenomenal. The food: delicious! I’ve had the salads, the quinoa bowls, the pancakes, the french toast, and have been very pleased with everything. It was all good or great. The portions are nice and I think very good for the price. The delivery has always been a pleasant experience for me: faster than expected, good packaging, and easy with substitutions /special requests.

I’m definitely a huge fan of this place. I’ve been living in Astoria for 4 years and it was a first place I went to after moving into my apartment and I haven’t stopped going. I’ve dined in and ordered takeout. I’ve neverrrrr been disappointed with their food. Salads are always on point! I’m a fan of their quinoa bowls right now, definitely a great addition. Staff is ALWAYSALWAYS great! Smiles all around and that’s important. Love friendly places with great energy and delicious food.

Garbage food. Just ordered a chicken salad sandwich. It was unseasoned and disgusting. The mostly DIRTY lettuce wrap(as in it was mostly lettuce that was dirty) was $ 8! At the very least. Clean your veggies for Petes sake! And maybe. Just, maybe, try to use some salt and pepper. I could’ve thrown a bag of groceries against a dirty wall and made a better and CLEANER wrap! ½ a star.

This has been my go-to spot for a while now if I don’t feel like googling new places to experience. Love it here. Everything is so tasty and the best part– FRESH. I usually get one of their salads which is so big and filled with add-ons that anyone who says that salads don’t fill you up will be pleasantly mistaken. The best part is that they will let you substitute ANYTHING. My boyfriend and I go substitution crazy since we’re health conscious and I don’t eat meat or dairy. Their juices are the best too. I never leave there without one. I wish there was a place like this around where I live. Its a 20 minute drive from my house and I’m such a loyal customer that my bf & I are regulars there. The staff are so friendly. We love our server Sarah! She’s the bomb ;)

Love this place, one of my favorite healthier spots in Astoria. Juices, salads and wraps are all solid. Favorites are the egg white & turkey wrap, cold oriental wrap, cold fajita wrap, and carrot apple celery ginger juice. Employees and owner are all super friendly too.

Overstimulated. Smoothies, shakes, juices, milkshakes, wraps burritos, pan is, salads, just to name a few items on their menu. Not only is the menu overloading, but so is its inside. From the smoothie station to the cooking station all you notice is how disheveled the areas are. Three of us went there for lunch. One ordered a New York style hamburger, the other ordered a Chicken sandwich, and I ordered the avocado sandwich. When the food finally came to the table and we each took our first bite we all came to the same concession: our choices were just a plain olé burger and plain olé sandwiches. Nothing special, nothing exciting, and pretty plain tasting. The service was also just plain.

Waiting on people can be a drag, but if you happen to be hanging out anywhere near here, do drop in. The soups and bread are worth it alone. I enjoy a well made salad and here they make it any way you like it. You name the topping and they have it. I ordered a spinach base, sun dried tomatoes, beets, chickpeas, blue cheese and a balsamic vinegarette. so good. Yup, I’ll be back.

, most of the workers there know me and know exactly what I order. I spend way too much money there for lunches and dinners. Just absolutely excellent food in every way.

I’ve eaten here a few times before and it’s been great, but I just had a very disappointing meal. Got the roast beef wrap. And a side salad. The description says it’s on a whole wheat wrap… got it home, opened it, and it was on a white wrap. BOOO for that(I limit my white flour intake because it’s a migraine trigger for me) BUT then the roast beef was so rubbery that I ate half and threw the rest away. I am not the kind of person who likes to throw away food. Ever. I feel like I wasted my money tonight. :( The staff is friendly and I’ve had 2 other good experiences here so I mayyy try them again but man, I’m sad about this wrap and there are tons of great places in Astoria to spend 11 bucks on a meal.

Stopped in after an appointment to grab a salad. The menu is extensive and is sort of pseudo healthy. You know the places that tout egg white omelettes, filled with feta cheese and tomato with home fries and toast. I guess this is for people who are carb friendly but egg white averse. You can get fresh squeezed juice and smoothies, pancakes and all assortment of wraps including a Mexican style wrap with salsa, avocado, chicken in a jalapeño wrap, I like two things the«protein salad» — $ 10.25. Which has field greens, chickpeas, kidney beans, walnuts, red onion and tomato tossed in a sweetish balsamic dressing. It is a huge portion and the hot diced chicken pieces are very well cooked. It’s enough for two or one hungry body builder. Chicken on the greens is basically what it sounds like with a little Italian flair with pecorino Romano and red onion. It also comes with a balsamic vinaigrette. Would I order take out or stop by regularly if I lived in Astoria? NO, I can do faux healthy all by myself. With that said, the service is lighting fast /Santa’s elf quick. And, while it may not be health food(despite being connected to a gym). It is fresh, well executed, healthier, lighter, diner fare. Maybe diner is too strong a word. It’s like if gas station food looked in real life the way it does in the pictures. It is great option for kids or a quick bite before heading on the train back to Manhattan.

I love this place. When I order delivery, they are SO fast that the food is still too hot to eat when it gets here. I’m talking about eggs, too. If eggs are too hot to eat, you know they are fast. Highly recommended!
