Siatista Maintenance

Ilias Stefou is a master crook. He comes off with a polite demeanor, he promises you the world and sounds like an expert, gives you a reasonable quote then soon after you have contracted with him, she starts to squeeze more money out of the customer, makes excuses and the professionalism is vanished. He does not pay his workers, (some were taking photos of my home so they can file complaint, some walked off the job and were asking me for money directly) many of them are not fit to perform the jobs adequately and he tacts on additional material cost and labor costs. What seems like a great quote turns out to be more headache and ends up costing you lost of money. I would highly encourage you to stay away. He is not a professional and is not what he seems. Tried through Gosmith. Came in to look at damage, didn’t say anything useful, left in under 5 minutes, and never provided an estimate. Complete waste of time.

URGENT !!! Please do not use this contractor, ilias Stefou (contractor) over charged us for materials and permits (which were never filed) than ran off with our money. In total he stole over 4k from us. We are currently filing a complain against Siatista Maintenance. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
