Something about this company has changed drastically. They are no longer reliable in anyway, shape, or form. I called four hours in advance for a time to pick up, and had to call three times to find out where the cab was. Waited over an hour in the dark for a ride I had prearranged. If it were one time I would not be leaving this review. However I waited until the sixth time I was left waiting for an excessive amount to finally write the review. I was a loyal customer. I guess it’s time to move on.
