They have excellent customer service. I am getting ready for my best friends wedding and wanted a certain type of bouquet. They are very patient. They showed us samples and made suggestions within our budget. The flowers are going to be beautiful. I am very happy.

From beginning to end, Manny and Michelle were absolutely amazing! They were my florists for my 10÷10÷15 wedding in Long Island City. I was a bride on a budget and they were able to work with me every step of the way. They even made a mock sample at our first consultation at no charge and this helped put everything in perspective. Michelle was always there to answer any question or make any changes/​additions to my flowers. They stayed within my budget and weren’t at all pushy or demanding like any other wedding vendor. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a florist who knows their craft and takes pride in their work.

I had neglected to select a florist until a few days before my wedding and while many florists couldn’t accommodate me because of the tight timeline, Quinn Florists came to the rescue! Michelle, my contact, was friendly, prompt, professional, and eager to please. The flower arrangement itself was perfect and matched the photo that was sent to me. I also liked the fact that Quinn Florists are reasonably priced. For these reasons, I am delighted to commend them on their overall service.

Always have the best, fresh and most beautiful flowers and flower arrangements. You can tell that they put a lot of love in their work and taking care of their flowers and plants. There are ready flower arrangements that are great for a quick pick up and range anywhere from 15 – 35 dollars! Come here every time I’m in need of brightening someone’s day:)

As promised, I went back to get some flowers to celebrate our newborn baby and, as always, they delivered exactly what I wanted: the perfect mix, fair price, excellent product, amazing customer service.

Ordering flowers from across the miles has usually been a disaster. I am extremely picky — I hate filler flowers. I called Quinn’s several months ago to deliver flowers to my daughter and explained my hesitation and past bad experiences. Michelle not only assured me that she would take care of it, but she took the time to text me a photo of the arrangement to be sure it met my expectations! THAT is excellent customer service! I have used Quinn’s several more times and will continue to do so. Thank you Michelle — you and your team are awesome.

I had a wonderful experience with Manny and Michelle at Quinn Florist and highly recommend them for any event. They are talented, pleasant, very easy to work with, honest, very reasonably priced and, most importantly, they created the most beautiful pieces for my wedding day.
I felt like they went out of their way to make it a great experience. They put together samples beforehand so we could work together to make the centerpieces perfect. They also sent us photos of the flowers the day of the wedding. Delivery and set up was prompt and they did a great job making everything look beautiful.
My bouquet was especially gorgeous — they ordered the exact Peony I wanted and made my dream bouquet. The altar flowers were also incredible.

Came in for an arrangement and the staff was very helpful from the beginning. The asked me what flowers, or if I wanted with or without fragrance. A good florist is hard to find cause they always looking to upsell you, but not here. They asked how much I wanted to spend and he took it from there.

I worked with Michelle for my wedding flowers and was beyond pleased with her creations and the delivery. I gave them ideas for the color palette and she put them together in the most stunning way. She even suggested that instead of decorating a trellis for our ceremony, that we do large vases that could then be used at the reception. I really appreciated her respect for our budget as well. Selecting the wedding flowers was such an easy and pleasant process at Quinn!

Quinn provided the flowers for my wedding ceremony and reception. They did a wonderful job, worked in our price-​range, and were excellent communicators. The flowers were delivered and set-​up on time and how we wanted them (I think it helped that the ceremony was at the Lutheran church on 31^st Ave, with whom they work all the time). We’ll be giving them our business from now on. We’re quite pleased.

I have used Quinn for a couple occasions now. I’ve never actually been into the shop but both Manny and Michelle are incredible friendly when helping me order flowers for delivery. They’ll even email you a picture of the arrangement and keep you updated on the delivery the day of — almost as satisfying as ordering an Apple product online and obsessively checking the shipping status. In this case, the end result isn’t a shiny new Apple product for me but even better, a beautiful surprise that puts a smile on my girlfriend’s face.
Also feel like I should mention I’ve never used 1−800-flowers or ProFlowers but my father recently received a delivery from ProFlowers as a gift when he got home from the hospital last year and the flowers were actually dead on arrival. They sent a replacement that was better but still embarrassing.

I chose Quinn Florist for my September 2014 wedding. From the first phone call, I appreciated the thoughtful attention and care that Michelle and Manny took in their creations. I have simple tastes and also didn’t want to spend a fortune, and they really listened to what I wanted. I had never worked with flowers before, so I didn’t really know how to approach the project, but with a lot of back and forth and Michelle’s patience, we arrived on centerpieces and a bouquet that I fell in love with.
It’s important to realize that as the customer, you really need to have realistic expectations in terms of what your particular budget can afford… so I think that definitely helped in my general approach with the flowers. I could tell that Manny and Michelle appreciated that as well.

Recently got married and wanted simple, elegant bouquets and boutonnieres for myself, husband and bridal party without breaking the bank. We definitely came to the right place! Manny and Michelle are awesome! They definitely made our vision come to life! Bouquets were exactly what I wanted (white roses and purple carnations– will upload pics soon!) and looked beautiful when carried/​worn by the bridal party. Excellent customer service– they even delivered to two different hotels on the wedding day so that we wouldn’t be running around last minute. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of flowers for a special occasion!

We literally signed up for Unilocal just to review Quinn Florists. Manny & Michelle are ahhh-​mazing AMAZING people. We walked into their shop with our wedding a little over 30 days away. They understood our vision immediately, never once trying to up-​sell us or change our minds. They stayed EXACTLY on budget and NEVER sacrificed quality to do so (not a penny over!!). They kept us informed of their progress at every step, providing sample arrangements at the outset and insisting we come by in the days leading up to the wedding to see the flowers blooming and bouquets & arrangements taking shape. Every single flower was fresh and fragrant and absolutely GORGEOUS!!!
They even went ABOVE & BEYOND for us with every ridiculous curve-​ball we could’ve thrown at them: accepting a delivery of flowers from Hawaii; coming up with cost-​effective ideas for the head table arrangements; handling last minute requests from our caterers; etc.
Most couples spend months, even years working with their florist, but in only a few short weeks, we got to know and LOVE Quinn. They genuinely care about their work, but more importantly they really do care about their customers. Better than any service any amount of money can buy — in Manhattan or anywhere else! Quinn made our wedding day simply AMAZING, unlike anything we could have ever imagined and more than we could have ever asked for. We will DEFINITELY use them again and are recommending them to everyone we know!!!
