Paging Zone Ditmars

I’ll be the first to admit: I’ve never purchased a phone here, but I’ve looked at plenty.
I certainly wouldn’t ever rule out buying a phone or a plan here. It’s just been bad timing on my part, I’ve never been eligible for an upgrade during my visits here. But what keeps me coming back is the fresh stock of new phones and the fact they’re one of the few Verizon only dealers in the area.
It’s easy to discredit this place upon arrival. The sign looks worn and the layout of the store almost looks like a rental store, just with a tad amateur touch. But as the saying goes, don’t judge a book by it’s cover.
The guys behind the counter (especially Len) have been courteous and helpful each time I’ve visited. They’re always hip to the latest 411 regarding new phones and have actually never pressured me into doing business right away with them. And unlike the actual Verizon stores, the wait time to get serviced for account-​related questions, is virtually zero.
