Damiana is fantastic, very professional and great with animals. She hit it off with our cat the first time she met him over a year ago, and knowing that she’s checking in on him when we’re away really puts our minds at ease. The daily photos and videos are a nice touch, scheduling has always been super easy, and her rates are very reasonable. Our cat is part of our family, and Damiana treats him like he’s part of hers too!

I cant say enough great things about Damiana and Andre! Andre walks our precious puggle 3x a weeks (for the past 6 months) and is so consistent! He never misses a walk, always sends pictures when he arrives and leaves — and most importantly of all is SO sweet and caring to our Bella! My husband and I never have to worry because Andre takes such great care of her when we are at work. Damiana is also a reliable business owner and is quick to respond when you text/​call. Reasonable rates for superior pet-​care!

Damiana and her team are amazing. They have very competitive pricing and definitely understand that schedules change. They are always willing to make it work even with very short notice. Karina walks my little monster every day and she sends a picture and a text with an update every time, it’s a little detail but it does make me happy every afternoon when I see it on my phone. They’ve always been 100% reliable and it’s great to find someone you can trust your loved pet with for peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them!

Damiana watched over my cat this past week and she was amazing! From the day I first contacted her, she was very responsive in her communication and was also very friendly and thorough during our meet and greet. She sent multiple pictures and videos with every visit. Everything was perfect when we returned and our cat seemed pleased as well. We will definitely use her services again!

I would give 10 stars if I could. I can’t say enough about how amazing Never Alone Pets is. They are always reliable and I completely trust them to take care of my lab Milo. My fiancé and I work long hours and without their help Milo would be home alone for so long. But thankfully with their help we are able to go to work not feeling so guilty and feel completely at ease knowing Milo is in such loving hands. He looks forward to his 30 minute walks and the pics I receive are so cute! Thank you very much for taking great care of Milo!

Dami and her staff are caring and compassionate animal lovers with a great understanding of customer service! They are always available for my dog Delta, whether it’s last minute or a planned walk. I receive updates as they enter and leave the home, and a review of how the walk went-​with photos!!! It’s not easy for me to trust others with my dog but they make it easier because they are so sweet and careful with her. They also follow instructions extremely well (leaving her in or out of crate, playing with her, feeding her, treats and water, etc.) which can put an anxious dog mom like me at ease. Highly recommend this company!

I emailed Damiana looking for a pet sitter for Memorial Day weekend. I was worried because we had not left our dog alone for 3 days before. Damiana was responsive to all of our dog’s needs from the beginning. Our dog Stella has some anxiety and can be wary around strangers. Damiana and our pet sitter Alisson came over twice to meet Stella before we went away. Over the weekend, Alisson texted us pictures and updates every time he saw Stella. Damiana checked in as well. We were very happy with the way Stella was taken care of. You can tell that Damiana and Alisson care about your pet and understand any special needs they have. All of our concerns were addressed and our dog was very well taken care of. We would definitely use Damiana and Alisson again!

Never Alone Pets is a great cat sitting service. I am so happy I found them! I know that whenever j travel, my cats are in good hands with Damiana and Allisson, who usually comes to feed and play with my cats, Rory and Hugo. It is a very affordable and reliable service. I also love that we get pictures sent to us while allisson is taking care of them. Such a great, convenient, reliable, and affordable service. Definitely recommend!

Dami and her staff are great. My wife and I have two dogs and have used Never Alone Pets’ dog walking services for about 6 months now. Allison (our dog walker) arrives every day on time and I can tell he really enjoys spending time with our dogs. He texts us pictures of our dogs while on every walk.
Very reasonable rates as well. Especially for two dogs. We love their services.

Damiana is by far the best cat-​sitter my husband and I have ever hired. She takes such good care of our two cats. She is reliable, caring, attentive, and thorough every time, and is thoughtful enough to send daily text/​photo updates in real time when she is taking care of them for us. If I could give her more stars, I would!

Weve used Damiana about 5 times now since moving to Queens and I can honestly say shes the best cat sitter we’ve ever hired.
Daily text messages of the cats put us at ease when we’re out of town and last minute scheduling has really helped us out when we’ve had to leave town on short notice a few times.

Karina is awesome! I have a special needs dog. She has a spinal problem and cannot use her back legs, which means she has to have her bladder expressed. Also, she has grand mal seizures and needs meds every 8 hours. The owner of Never Alone Pets came the same day I called her to meet Muffin and told me she do anything in her power to help me. She introduced me to Karina and I knew immediately I wanted her to help with Muffin. Karina is always on time and takes extra care of Muffin. The thing I love about her and the owner of Never Alone Pets is that they genuinely love animals. From the moment I met her I knew I could trust her with Muffin’s special needs. Damiana and her crew of dog walkers are incredibly flexible, reliable, and dedicated. Our dog is mature, requires a special walk and Damiana and her team have always been so kind and accommodating to him. We cannot recommend them more!

My pit bull Clementine is my world. So when my schedule changed and I realized I would have to hire someone to walk her, I was very nervous. Clem is super affectionate and energetic and I worried about leaving her in the hands of strangers. I’m so glad I found Damiana and the rest of the staff at Never Alone Pets. They are professional, flexible, and they adore my Clem =). They message me when they start her walk and even send photos of her. I can’t recommend them enough.

My husband and I recently went on a weeklong vacation to California and Damiana took care of our dog and cat while we were gone.
Our corgi Scout is 12 years old and uses a wheeled cart to get around due to Degenerative Myelopathy (her back legs are paralyzed). Damiana had no problem getting Scout into her cart– which can be a chore as Scout is 30 pounds – and took her for walks around the neighborhood.
Damiana sent us an update after every visit that included photos and even videos! It was great getting to see our pets every day while we were gone. She also even bought Scout a new box of dog treats when we ran out of the ones we had.
Damiana was incredibly trustworthy and caring to the pets and we will definitely use her services again the next time we’re out of town!

I’m the typical over-​protective & neurotic pet parent who finds it hard to trust anyone, even family members to take care of my precious 2-​yr old kitty — Charlie. He’s extremely sweet and affectionate but also very shy and rarely shows his playful side to strangers. We recently went on a 9-​day trip to Europe and decided to hire Damiana as our sitter after reading all the positive Unilocal reviews. You can imagine my nervousness esp with it being a new sitter and extended trip.
She made us feel comfortable as soon as we met. She is a true animal lover who cares about every pet whether it’s a dog, a cat or a bird. Damiana was able to bond with Charlie right from Day 1 which makes her the Cat Whisperer in my books. Not only did she take great care of him, she also sent us daily email updates complete with a recap of the day, lots of cute photos and even insights into his mood (because let’s face it, cats are notorious for being moody!). She never missed a beat and I looked forward to the emails everyday. We were so impressed that we just hired her again over July 4^th weekend.

My cats can’t fend for themselves. They failed at «The Can Opening 101», «Basics of Faucet Water Manipulation» and did poorly at «Potty training with the Mr. John». I knew they were in trouble when we booked a vacation away from home.
I was quite skeptical when I reached out to Never Alone Pets for the first time, wondering what kind of trouble I am signing myself up for. I mean, trusting someone with access to your home and taking care of your little furry companies… isn’t exactly a comforting idea to easily go forth with.
Damiana, the owner of Never Alone Pets wrote back to me and we started our email conversations. She was very easy to communicate with. She and Beatriz came over for meet and greet, plus picking up the keys. Upon meeting them in person, I must say they are professional and thoughtful. Damiana has a very warm personality, caring and very sweet!!!
Never Alone Pets’ cat visiting service is great and their rates are very reasonable. We received email updates with every visit that included: what was accomplished, the status of our cats, many pictures and often a video. I can’t emphasize how nice it is to open up your inbox and see that your pets are being looked after. We could tell from the pictures that one of our cats has taken a liking to Beatriz. That traitor…
